Q: Does the Platinum Package have a minimum age?
A: Nope! In fact, children ages 10 and younger are admitted FREE if accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Of course, any alcoholic beverages are for patrons that are 21 years or older.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment representative will assist all Platinum guests at the designated Platinum Will Call location. Here you will pick up your tickets and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the Platinum Will Call as well as more information on the Platinum amenities.
Q: What is the parking situation like?
A: There is no parking at Zilker Park for the ACL Festival. Instead, take advantage of our complimentary platinum exclusive shuttle service that will be departing from The Driskill hotel throughout the day!
Q: Can I exit and re-enter the ACL Festival throughout the weekend?
A: Of course! However please know that 3-Day Passholders are allowed to enter and exit the festival up to 5 times per day. Additionally, the 3-Day Passes must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.
Q: When will the lineup be posted?

Q: What ADA accommodations are available at the festival?

Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How would they get their wristbands and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will be able to pick up all the wristbands and merchandise for the group at the Platinum Will Call.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their VIP merchandise on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the festival.
