Q: Do these packages have a minimum age?
A: Nope! This event is all ages.
Q: Can I choose between a GA Floor or GA Stands ticket?
A: Yes! You can narrow down your ticket search during the ticket selection process as long as both options are available at your time of search.
Q: Can I purchase a VIP Package at the Box Office?
A: No, VIP Packages will not be available for purchase at the Box Office. You must purchase the package online in advance.
Q: Can I upgrade to a VIP package if I already purchased a regular ticket?
A: Our ability to upgrade depends on a few different factors, such as availability and date of contact. Please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or at [email protected] to inquire about any upgrade availability and we will be happy to discuss your options with you!
Q: Can I purchase a VIP Experience for multiple days?
A: Yes! However, all Reaching Out VIP Experience packages for this event are single-night packages, so you would need to purchase a separate VIP Experience for each night you would like to attend. We will not offer any 2 or 3-night packages.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: The purchaser will pick up their tickets at our VIP Check-in at the event. An informational email will be sent out to the purchaser approximately one week prior to the event date with specific times and location for VIP Check-in. This is also where you will pick up any merchandise included with your package. Please be sure to have a valid photo ID to check in.
Q: What time is early entry?
A: Early entry will take place prior to doors opening to the general public, however the exact time will not be confirmed until closer to the event. The confirmed early entry time will be included in the informational email we send to the purchaser approximately one week prior to the event date.
Q: Will we get to meet BASSNECTAR or take a one-on-one photo with him?
A: The Reaching Out BASSNECTAR Enhanced Experience includes (1) exclusive VIP family photo featuring BASSNECTAR, however, it is not considered a meet and greet. The VIP family photo will be with the entire group of VIP experience guests.
Q: How will I receive my exclusive VIP family photo featuring BASSNECTAR?
A: The VIP family photo will be emailed to the purchaser several days after the event.
Q: Will there be a place I can store the merchandise included with my package during the show?
A: Once you receive everything at check-in, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before entering the concert venue.
Q: What is a concert concierge?
A: The concert concierge is basically an extension of our Guest Services team at the event itself. He/she will be available for any questions or concerns that may arise during the VIP program.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late or separately. How would they get their items from VIP Check-in?
A: The original purchaser will check in for all package materials, and he/she will then be able to distribute accordingly. Thus, we advise for your whole party to come to VIP check-in at the same time to make it quick and easy.
Q: I no longer have the credit card that was used to purchase my package. Will I still be able to check in for my package?
A: Yes! Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your order receipt to check in.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick up the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to him/her to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I can no longer attend or change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
