Q: Do the Bayou Country Superfest Packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend the festival but all persons must be 18+ to book a travel package and check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 18 years may still occupy a room; however, the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 18 years of age to check in and must present valid photo identification.
Q: What is the difference between the Golden Horseshoe Passes and Reserved Sideline Seats?
A: The Golden Horseshoe is the upfront stage-side standing area (GA Pit). The first seating level that runs along the stadium is the Reserved Sideline area.
Q: Where will my Reserved Plaza Level Sideline Seat be located?
A: All travel package guests with Reserved Sideline Seats will be assigned a seat within sections 141/142.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment representative will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you can check-in and pick up your tickets and merchandise for a weekend of fun! Please bring your receipt, photo ID and credit card. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: How far is the hotel from the Mercedes Bens Superdome?
A: The Hilton New Orleans is 0.8 miles from the venue.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Self-parking: Not Available

Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: All hotel rooms will be available for check-in beginning at 3pm and all guests must be checked out by 11am.
Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in to the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise upon check-in at the hotel. They must distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: To accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or email@example.com to authorize an alternate pickup person at least two (2) weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to the original package purchaser to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
