CID Colorado “Shuttles to Red Rocks” FAQ
Q: How do I get my shuttle pass? Where do I go??
A: All CID Colorado “Shuttles to Red Rocks” passes are will call only. Starting two hours before posted venue door time, a CID Colorado representative will be at the Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill, conveniently located in Union Station at the corner of 16th and Wynkoop in downtown Denver to check you in. Upon arrival, the purchaser will present photo ID and receive a shuttle wristband for each pass purchased.
**Example: The Red Rocks website shows doors open for My Morning Jacket at 6:30pm, our will call opens at The Thirsty Lion at 4:30pm.
Just in case you forget, we will be sending you an informational email about 1 week prior to the event with all of this stuff and any further details.
Q: Is there a minimum age to purchase a shuttle pass?
A: Nope! People of all ages can purchase and ride the shuttle. All guests riding the shuttle are required to purchase a pass regardless of age.
Q: Does my shuttle pass include a ticket to the concert?
A: No it does not, but it does provide you with safe, reliable round-trip transportation.
Q: Is parking available at The Thirsty Lion/Union Station? Can I leave my car there overnight?
A:Parking is available at multiple garages around Union Station for around $20/day. For more info please check out http://unionstationindenver.com/more/parking-information
Q: What goes on at the Thirsty Lion before we leave?
A: The Thirsty Lion will provide our guests with food and drink specials. We encourage guests to come early and take advantage!
Q: When does the shuttle leave for the concert?
A: Shuttles depart The Thirsty Lion promptly 30 minutes before posted venue door time. Don’t be late!

Q: Can I bring my drone/laser pointer/pet llama/binoculars into Red Rocks?
A: For all questions relating to what you can and cannot bring into Red Rocks please refer to this handy guide. In reference to the items above, no/no/no/yes.
Q: Can I bring alcoholic beverages on to the shuttle?
A: Sure! If you are 21+ and have valid ID you can bring your own beverages to tailgate with. Coolers will be permitted on a first come first serve basis of available storage on the vehicle. Most of the time we will be in a coach bus with plenty of room. Please, no glass bottles on the shuttle!
Q: Can I leave items on the shuttle during the show?
A: Items can be left on the shuttle at your own risk. CID Entertainment is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Often times there are multiple shuttle buses so you may not ride the same shuttle to and from.
Q: How long does it take to get to Red Rocks?
A: The trip to Red Rocks generally takes about 30 minutes but can take a bit longer in traffic.
Q: What if I need to pick up my tickets at the box office?
A: The shuttle will stop at will call/box office upon request. Please let a CID representative know if you need to make this stop. However, if the line at the box office is really long, we will likely just drop you off, as we can’t hold up the rest of the bus.
Q: Where do I get dropped off at Red Rocks?
A: Our shuttles drop off and pick-up in Lower South Lot 2. Keep in mind there will be a 10-15 minute walk uphill to get to the venue. On the bright side the scenery ain’t too shabby and the walk back after the show is downhill. Trust us, it’s all worth it once you get inside this world famous venue!
Q: When will the shuttles depart after the concert is over?
A: Shuttles will depart promptly after the concert is over. We will wait about 30 minutes after the music ends for everyone to make their way back to the shuttle. Don’t worry, this is plenty of time if you leave the venue and make your way directly back to the shuttle. We are not responsible if you miss the bus because you went and met up with your friends for a beer in the Upper North parking lot after the show.
Q: Is there a lost and found for any items lost on the shuttle?
A: If you have lost an item on the shuttle please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or email us at [email protected]. We do our best to make sure lost items are returned to their rightful owner.
Q: Do you offer wheelchair accessible shuttles?

Q: I purchased a shuttle pass but can no longer attend. Can my friend or family member pick-up the pass on my behalf?
A: Sure! In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the pass on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy

Q: Do your shuttles ever sell out?
A: Yes, it is possible that buses may sell out. We advise you to purchase as soon as you know you’re going to the show. If seats are still available, our online sales turn off the night before the show. If you’d like to purchase passes on the day of show, please call our on-site concierge line at 888-380-0556 to check availability. Day of show passes increase in price to $40 for a round trip.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want to use my shuttle pass?
A: All of our shuttle passes are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
