Q: Does the Country Thunder Travel Package have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend this festival. In fact, children 12 and under are free with the purchase of an adult ticket. However, all persons must be 21+ to reserve and check into the Timber Ridge Lodge. Persons under the age of 21 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in and must present valid photo identification.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment Representative will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you will pick up your tickets, shuttle passes, and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the Timber Ridge Lodge?
A: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am.
Q: Do I have access to the waterpark during my stay at the Timber Ridge Lodge?
A: Absolutely! Whenever you need a break from the festival fun and music, hangout on the lazy river and enjoy all the hotel’s waterpark amenities!
Q: Do I need to purchase a festival parking pass?
A: Luckily it is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package because of the complimentary shuttle service to and from the festival grounds!
Q: Can exit and re-enter the festival grounds?
A: Sure! Everyone can exit and re- enter the site at their leisure but please be sure to wear the correct wristband at all times!

Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s merchandise upon check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the festival.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes! An initial 60% deposit is needed to reserve your package and the final payment will be automatically charged on 6/27/14 to the same card used for the deposit.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
