Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: All FYF VIP passes will be sent in the mail directly to you. They will arrive at your billing address prior to the festival. Additionally on the day of the event, a CID Entertainment representative will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you can check-in and pick up your t-shirts. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational e-mail with all of the event details and VIP activities. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All travel packages available for this festival are for two nights only. If you would like to add an additional night to your stay, please reach out to the hotel directly.
Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once to ensure the appropriate items are received.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the festival.
