VIP & Super VIP FAQs
Q: Is there a minimum age for the VIP/SVIP Pass?
A: The Peach Music Festival is all ages. All children regardless of age will still need a VIP or Reserved Pass to access those areas. Of course, alcoholic beverages are for patrons 21 years and older.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: All tickets will be sent in the mail directly to your shipping address, approximately three weeks prior to the event.
Q: How will I receive my merchandise and meal vouchers?
A: VIP guests will pick up their merchandise and meal vouchers at the VIP Lounge. More details will be included in the informational email we send to purchasers approximately one week prior to the event.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to the VIP Lounge to retrieve my merchandise, how can I receive it?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our VIP Lounge. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: Do I need to purchase camping passes?
A: If you are planning on camping at the festival, you will need to purchase the 3-Day VIP/SVIP + Camping bundle. The 3-Day VIP and Super VIP passes do not include camping.
Q: Is there VIP camping available?
A: No. There is only one type of camping for all Peach Fest attendees, no matter what type of festival ticket they have purchased. Be prepared for hills!
Q: Is there VIP parking?
A: Yes! When purchasing your VIP or Super VIP pass, you will have the option to add VIP Parking for Camping or a daytime only VIP parking pass during the purchase process (1 parking pass per order, limited inventory, while supplies last).
Q: Do I have access to the Montage Mountain Waterpark during the festival?
A: Yes! Every 3-Day festival pass gives you full access to the waterpark.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick-up the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are nonrefundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
