Q: Do the Phish Travel Packages have a minimum age?
A: The Phish concerts are open to people of all ages! However, all persons must be 18+ to purchase and check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 18 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 18 years of age to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Is there an option to have a reserved seat in the stands?
A: All seats in the stands are General Admission and will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment representative will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you will pick up your tickets, t-shirts and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details including times and locations for VIP check-in and activities.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: All guests can check-in beginning at 3pm each day and must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. Valet and Self-Parking are available upon arrival for additional fees. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All Phish Travel Packages are available for three nights only. If you would like to add an additional night to your stay, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930.
Q: The people attending the concerts with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise upon check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the concert weekend.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Unfortunately payment plans are not available. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
