CID Entertainment/Valley Music Travel provides VIP Experiences and full service Travel Packages for concerts and festivals. We are looking for a professional and friendly customer service representative to support our guest service department. A Customer Service Associate at Valley Music Travel will be able to contribute a positive, energetic and organized approach to their role within the team. This is a full time, temporary position available through October 1st. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to turn into a permanent hire.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between the customer and the company, fielding telephone and email inquiries
• Demonstrate a highly professional demeanor while providing exceptional service to high end clients
• Record all correspondences and track progress with customers in FileMaker database
• Maintain and update project documents with pertinent customer information and requests

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required (1-3 years)
• Professional telephone etiquette, a strong vocabulary and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent computer proficiency including email, Microsoft Office and database programs such as FileMaker
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task
• Works well with others
• Be a nice person
• Must live in or around the NYC area
