VIP Tickets
Q: Where, when, and how do I pick up my tickets and merchandise?
A: All tickets and merchandise can be picked up at VIP will call. The exact location of the VIP will call in each venue will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your show.
Q: What does the On-Site Concierge service do?
A: The On-Site Concierge service is there to make sure that your experience is everything you expected and more. If you have any questions or concerns about your Maxwell VIP Experience, we will be easy to find, and only a phone call, or even a text message away.
Q: Can I have my tickets sent to me?
A: No. All tickets purchased through Maxwell VIP and Travel Packages are only available at will call.
Q: Where is the VIP Room
A: The location of the VIP room will vary from city to city. The VIP room will usually be located on the concourse level of the Arena. The VIP room is not backstage or close to Maxwell's dressing room.
Q: How do I get my parking pass? (if included in your specific VIP Package)
A: 2-3 Weeks before the show, we will send you your parking pass, and directions to the VIP parking lot.
Q: I just purchased my VIP ticket, now what?
A: Soon after your purchase you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. We always recommend reviewing your order prior to purchase, but if you realize you have ordered incorrectly or have any questions concerning your purchase, please contact CID Entertainment customer service with any questions or concerns. Otherwise, sick back, relax and find some interesting ways to spend your time between now and your Maxwell Experience! Keep an eye on your email, as we will be sending updates and future information as the event gets closer!
Q: Where is the Private VIP Entrance located?
A: The private VIP Entrance will be different for each venue. You will receive directions to the entrance prior to the show via email.
Q: Essentially, what is the differences between the Dance With Me, Fortunate, and Get To Know Ya VIP Packages?
A: The difference between the packages are ticket location and the VIP perks that you receive. Each package comes standard with VIP Parking, VIP Entrance, On Site Concierge, Laminate, Maxwell poster, Maxwell Tote Bag and a piece of Maxwell merchandise. When you purchase the Fortunate or Dance With Me packages you gain access to the VIP Lounge. When you purchase the Dance With Me package you will receive a signed photo and copy of
BLACK Summer's Night Vinyl. Each level also has a different ticket location; Get to Know Ya tickets are great seats on the floor, Fortunate tickets are in the first 10 rows of the venue and Dance With Me tickets are in the front row.
Q: Do any of your VIP packages include a Meet & Greet with Maxwell?
A: No. No packages include a Meet & Greet with Maxwell.
Travel Packages
Q: I see that only a few select cities (Atlanta, Washington DC, Philadelphia) offer Hotel & Travel packages. Will you be offering those accommodations with VIP packages in other cities as well?
A: At this time we are only offering travel packages for those three cities.
Q: If I choose a travel package, will all of my hotel reservations be taken care of?
A: Yes, we will take care of all your hotel arrangements. You just have to show up!
Q: If we want to stay longer then is offered on your website, what should we do?
A: Contact us and we will arrange for your additional nights. We will make sure you don't have to move rooms throughout your stay.
Q: I called the hotel and they don't have my reservation... what gives?
A: We turn in our rooming list approximately 15 days prior to your stay. If you have any special requests, questions or concerns regarding your stay at the hotel, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: What time does my shuttle leave for the venue from the hotel?
A: Two weeks prior to your show, you will be sent a detailed itinerary with all relevant information. We will usually have 2 shuttle times, one that leaves 90 minutes before show time, and one that leaves 30-40 minutes before show time. You can take either based on your personal preference.
Q: How long is the shuttle ride in Atlanta?
A: The Downtown Westin is conveniently close to the Philips Arena. Your shuttle ride should be no more than 10-15 minutes.
Q: How long is the shuttle ride in Washington?
A: The Hotel Palomar, Washington DC, is approximately 2 miles from the Verizon Center. Your ride should be no longer then 15 minutes.
Q: How long is the shuttle ride in Philadelphia?
A: The Hotel Palomar, Philadelphia, is approxiamtely 6 miles from the Wachovia center. Your shuttle ride should be no more than 20-25 minutes.
Q: How much is parking in Alanta?
A: Valet parking is $26 per day with in and out, Self parking is $22 per day with no in and out.
Q: How much is parking in Washington?
A: Valet parking $40 per day with in and out, there is also meter parking in the area.
Q: How much is parking in Philadelphia?
A: Valet parking is $37 a day with in and out, there is self parking in the area.
Q: I booked my travel package, now what?
A: Soon after your purchase you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. We always recommend reviewing your order prior to purchase, but if you realize you have ordered incorrectly or have any questions concerning your purchase, please contact CID Entertainment customer service. We are available by phone or email if you have any questions concerning your hotel accommodations, event transportation or will call locations.
Q: How do I chose the type of beds in my hotel room?
A: Depending on room availability you will be prompted to chose your bed type during your check out process online. If you do not see the bed type you need, please contact CID Entertainment customer service to inquire about availability and options.
Q: Do you do 1, 3, or 4 person travel packages?
A: We do not have them built on our website, but if you have any special requests, give us a call and we'll do whatever we can to accommodate you.
Q: I'm at the hotel, now what?
A: Prior to your arrival at the hotel you will be sent check in instructions via e-mail. We will have a CID Representative at the hotel to greet you and help you with questions or concerns you may have.
