400 Fest VIP FAQs
Q: Does 400 Fest have a minimum age?
A: No! 400 Fest is open to people of all ages, and we abide by their policy.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: All VIP tickets will be sent in the mail directly to you. Wristbands will be shipped to your billing address or shipping address a few weeks before the festival. Once you arrive at the festival, there will be a separate VIP check-in area where you will receive all remaining VIP goodies and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an email with all the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities. Please bring your receipt, picture ID, and credit card.
Q: Is parking included in the VIP packages?
A: No, VIP parking may be purchased as an add-on during the purchase process for an additional fee. If you have already purchased a package but would like to purchase a parking pass now, please reaching out to our Guest Services Team at 888-805-8930 or at email@example.com. We’d be happy to walk through your options with you!
Q: Can I purchase a VIP upgrade on-site during the festival weekend?
A: We encourage all parties to purchase VIP ahead of time, as the option of purchasing onsite cannot be guaranteed.
Q: What amenities do the VIP tickets include?
A: Each VIP ticket includes the following
- One (1) 2-day pass to 400 Fest 2017
- Access to the VIP-only viewing area
- Additional access to the General Admission Pit
- Access to the 400 Fest VIP village featuring
- VIP only cash bars serving top shelf brands

Q: How will I be able to find all the amazing VIP amenities and services throughout the festival?!
A: Check out the 400 Fest website for more festival information and details! Additionally, as it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an email with all important event details, including exact times and locations for check-in and VIP activities. Don’t worry – we’ll make sure you have all the information you’ll need to have the weekend of your life.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to VIP Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our VIP Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: To accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy complete details.
