A: The expo and party will be open to all adults, 18 years old and up.
Q: Can I smoke marijuana at the event?
There will be an outdoor medicating section of the expo facility that will accommodate the needs of California medical marijuana patients. Medical professionals will be available on site.
Q: As a California medical marijuana patient, can I bring my own marijuana to the event to use in the outdoor medicating section? If so, is there a limit to how much I can bring?
A: Yes, you may bring 1/2 pound (8 oz.)
Q: How do I become a California medical marijuana patient?
A: Applicants must bring a copy of their government photo ID & proof of residency. It will cost $40 – $100.
Q: I have a Medical Marijuana card from a state outside of California. CAN I still access the outdoor medicating section?
A: No, CA does not recognize any other state’s medical marijuana card.
Q: I will be traveling from out of state for the event, can I get a medical marijuana card when I arrive?
A: No, you must be a CA state resident to apply for a CA state medical card.
Q: Can I purchase medical marijuana on-site?
Q: Do I get any cannabis as part of my ticket price?
A: Due to California law we cannot give away cannabis, which is why we’ve kept the ticket price as low as possible while still putting on a world-class event.

Q: Are Cannabis Cup passes refundable?
