Q: Do these packages have a minimum age?
A: Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend these shows.
For the hotel travel packages, all persons must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a travel package and check-in (*except Comfort Suites Moses Lake – purchasers must be 21+). Persons under the age of 18 years (21 for Comfort Suites) may still occupy a room, however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 18 years of age to check in (21 for Comfort Suites). Please be sure to bring valid photo identification and credit card.
For the home rentals, all persons must be at least 25 years of age to purchase a home rental and check-in. Persons under the age of 25 years may still occupy the house, however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 25 years of age to check in. Q: Do the travel packages, home rentals and tent rentals include tickets?
A: All travel packages include (2) two-day tickets for the event. Based on availability, you will have the option to choose between GA tickets or VIP tickets with your travel package.
All home rentals include (4) or (6) two-day Tier 2 VIP tickets for the event.
Tent rentals do not include tickets to the show. Tickets need to be purchased separately in order to access the tent rentals.
Q: How will I receive my tickets and merchandise?
A: A CID representative will be available at the hotel to assist all travel package guests. Here you will pick up your tickets and merchandise. As the event gets closer, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details including times and locations for check-in. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and credit card.
Home rental and tent rental purchasers should stay tuned for the informational email to provide specific check-in instructions!
Q: If I’m unable to make it to VIP Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our VIP Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of these packages?
A: If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of a package, please reach out to us at guestservices@cidentertainment.com or 888-805-8930. We will walk you through any available options.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?

Check-In time for the home rentals is 5PM and Check-Out is at 10AM.
Q: Is there anything else I should know about the home rentals?
A: No smoking or pets are allowed at the home rentals. All home rentals require a credit card authorization of $750 security deposit to cover any damages. Your deposit will be returned upon check out with no sign of damage to the property.
Q: What is the best way to get to the shows?
A: If you purchased a hotel travel package or home rental, there is round-trip transportation from your hotel or home to the Gorge and back included in your package!
CID Entertainment is also offering one-way or roundtrip shuttle transportation from Seattle-Tacoma Airport to The Gorge or Travel Package Hotels.
Q: I want to stay longer! Can I extend my stay at the hotel?
A: Based on availability, you will be given the option to add an additional night on Friday, September 15th onto your order during the purchase process. If you would like to extend past that night, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about booking an additional night. Please be sure to book the same room and bed type as your package. Once the new reservation is made, please contact out Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or guestservices@cidentertainment.com. While we cannot make any guarantees, we will certainly do our best to link the reservations so you don’t have to switch rooms!
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: All of the travel package hotels offer free parking for hotel guests!
Q: How will I receive information regarding my shuttle passes?
A: You will receive a detailed informational email from CID Entertainment about one week prior to the event date with specific shuttle information.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise. They will have to distribute accordingly.
Q: I purchased packages for a friend or family member, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or guestservices@cidentertainment.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.

Rules of the Home Rentals
As noted on our website, at the time of check in, a security deposit of $750 will need to be collected from the purchaser. This will be in the form of a credit card authorization form in which you will fill out your card information and sign for the owner of the house to hold on to. After the guest checks out and they see there is no damage to the homes, the owner will shred the authorization form. To be clear – this is not a charge, just a ‘hold’ on your credit card. Just like a hotel does when you check in, they authorize the card so they know that amount of money is available just in case of damage.
Also at the time of check in or prior to arrival, you will sign an agreement with the home owner that shows the ‘rules’ of the community as shown below:
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Typically you can check in anytime after 5pm and check out by 10am. Please be courteous to our house cleaners they will not start until you are out of the house and you can be charged standby time at the rate of $50.00/hour. Our next guest comes in at 5:00 pm so if you’re not out by 10:00am we will have to call for contracted extra help at $50.00/hr.
PARKING
Each unit is allowed two parking spaces during their stay. Please be advised NO boats, campers, tents, or RV’s are allowed in these parking spaces.
NO PETS are allowed at properties unless specifically allowed in writing. Violators will be assessed a $500 fee per sighting.
NO SMOKING. There is no smoking at any property unless specifically posted as a smoking area.
Violations will result in a $500 fee per occurrence.
COMMON AREA RULES
Only valid licensed, operable motor vehicles may be parked in the community. No commercial trucks, trailers, boats, boat trailers, flat beds or RVs are allowed in the parking areas. Parking in marked fire lanes is prohibited ($250 fine). All renters/guests’ vehicles are required to have a valid and visible Sunserra temporary parking permit (hang-tag) displayed in their vehicle. Vehicles must be parked in the garage or the assigned/reserved parking stall(s) for that unit. Parking is also available in any unmarked parking stall. Violation of any parking regulations may result in a fine and/or the vehicle’s towing/impoundment. No vehicular traffic shall exceed 15 mph. Only individuals possessing a valid driver’s license shall operate any motor vehicle or golf cart. Minors under the age of 12 shall not use the Fitness Center. Furniture, water slides, swimming pools, play structures or other similar items are not allowed in the Common Areas. No skateboarding or use of unlicensed motorcycles or motorized scooters is allowed on the premises.
GENERAL RULES
Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., seven days a week.
Abusive and/or overly loud noises from stereos, televisions, parties, or by other means are prohibited.
Use of loud, offensive and profane language within hearing distance of neighbors is prohibited at ALL times. All garbage must be placed inside the dumpster or in available recycling containers. No garbage may be placed outside the home or in the Common Areas. No wood burning fire pits are allowed due to fire danger and smoke. The community is served by a septic system. There is no garbage disposal. Do not place any food or other waste down the drain.
POOL AND HOT TUB RULES
Please obey all rules and regulations posted in pool and hot tub areas.
Pool and hot tub hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
There is no life guard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Adult must be 18 years or older.
VIOLATIONS/FINES
Violations of any rules are subject to fine, and/or vehicle impoundment, and/or immediate eviction from the property (for some cases, law enforcement will also called). The typical fine schedule is $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second, and $300 thereafter.
