Travel Package FAQ
Q: Do the travel packages have a minimum age?
A: All show attendees must be at least 18 years of age. However, each hotel has its own check-in age restrictions. Please review any hotel age restrictions under each package description on our website here prior to purchasing. People under those ages may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be of the age required for hotel check-in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Do these travel packages come with access to the shows?
A: Yes! Travel packages come with 3-night tickets* for either 2 or 4 guests to see BASSNECTAR on September 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
*Ticket types offered with the travel packages are General Admission, TKO BASS CENTER X Enhanced Experience, and Reaching Out BASS CENTER X Enhanced Experience. Not all ticket types are offered at each hotel.
Q: What if I can only attend one or two nights?
A: All of our packages are for three nights only. Furthermore, all tickets for this event are 3-night tickets – single day tickets are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Q: Is there a payment plan for the travel packages?
A: Yes! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and the final 40% payment will be automatically deducted from the card you used to purchase on 7/12/17. If you purchase after 7/12/17, you will be charged for the package in full upon your purchase.
Q: Can my friends who are also staying at the hotel use the shuttle included with the travel package?
A: Only travel package guests will have access to ride the shuttles. Shuttle wristbands will be distributed at Travel Package Check-in and must be worn throughout the weekend to use the shuttles to and from the hotels.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: CID Entertainment representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in and pick up your tickets and any merchandise included with your package.
Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. Approximately one week prior to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package Check-in.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed at our Travel Package Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?
A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:
Wyndham Garden Inn Norfolk: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.
Hilton Garden Inn Hampton: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.
Sheraton Norfolk Waterside: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.
SpringHill Suites Hampton: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.
Embassy Suites Hampton: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.
Crowne Plaza Hampton Marina: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about parking options and fees.
Q: How far is each hotel from the Hampton Coliseum?
A: Embassy Suites Hampton: Approximately .2 miles, or a 5 minute walk.
Hilton Garden Inn Hampton: Approximately 1 mile, or a 20-25 minute walk.
SpringHill Suites Hampton: Approximately 1.1 miles, or a 25 minute walk.
Crowne Plaza Hampton Marina: Approximately 4 miles, or a 15 minute ride on our shuttles.
Wyndham Garden Inn Norfolk: Approximately 20 miles, or a 30 minute ride on our shuttles.
Sheraton Norfolk Waterside: Approximately 20 miles, or a 30 minute ride on our shuttles.
Q: What if I want to extend my hotel stay beyond three nights?
A: In order to add additional nights to your travel package, you will need to book directly with the hotel with the same room type as your package. Once you have booked your additional night(s), please contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or at email@example.com with both your Travel Package order details and additional night reservation information and we will submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
