VIP Package FAQ
Q: Do these packages have a minimum age?
A: Yes – all BASS CENTER X attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
Q: Can I purchase a VIP Package at the Box Office?
A: No, VIP Packages will not be available for purchase at the Box Office. You must purchase the package online in advance.
Q: Can I upgrade to a different VIP package if I already purchased a package?
A: Our ability to upgrade depends on a few different factors, such as availability, package type, and date of contact. Please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or at email@example.com to inquire about any upgrade availability and we will be happy to discuss your options with you!
Q: I submitted a request for the GA presale, but did not get selected. Can I still purchase a VIP package?
A: Of course! You can purchase VIP packages following the links on our website here, pending availability.
Q: If I purchase a VIP package, am I guaranteed tickets to the shows?
A: Yes! Our VIP packages include (1) general admission ticket for three nights of BASS CENTER X.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets and merchandise?
A: Guests will need to bring their tickets with them to VIP Check-In. If your tickets are set to ‘will call,’ you will need to pick those up from the venue box office before heading to VIP Check-In. The purchaser will pick up their credential(s) and merchandise at our VIP Check-in at the event. An informational email will be sent out to the purchaser approximately one week prior to the event date with specific times and location for VIP Check-in. Please be sure to have a valid photo ID to check in.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to VIP Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our VIP Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: What time is early entry?
A: Early entry will take place prior to doors opening to the general public, however the exact time will not be confirmed until closer to the event. The confirmed early entry time will be included in the informational email we send to the purchaser approximately one week prior to the event date.
Q: Will we get to meet BASSNECTAR or take a one-on-one photo with him?
A: The Enhanced Experience packages include an exclusive VIP family photo featuring BASSNECTAR, however, it is not considered a meet and greet. The VIP family photo will be with the entire group of VIPs.
Q: When will the VIP family photo take place?
A: The VIP family photo will take place prior to the show, either on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The date and time is TBD, but we will send all purchasers an informational email with this information once it is confirmed (approximately one week prior to the event date).
Q: How will I receive my exclusive VIP family photo featuring BASSNECTAR?
A: The VIP family photo will be emailed to the purchaser several days after the event.
Q: What is a concert host?
A: The concert host is basically an extension of our Guest Services team at the event itself. He/she will be available for any questions or concerns that may arise during the VIP program.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late or separately. How would they get their items from VIP Check-in?
A: The original purchaser will check in for all package materials, and he/she will then be able to distribute accordingly. Thus, we advise for your whole party to come to VIP check-in at the same time to make it quick and easy.
Q: I no longer have the credit card that was used to purchase my package. Will I still be able to check in for my package?
A: Yes! Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your order receipt to check in.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick up the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to him/her to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I can no longer attend or change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
