Q: Do the Bassnectar packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to actually attend the concert. However, all persons must be 21+ to purchase a travel package and check-in at the hotel. Persons under the age of 21 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Is it possible to get a reserved seat instead of a GA floor ticket?
A: All packages come with a GA floor ticket. All VIP packages will include access to a private area on the floor reserved for VIP guests only.
Q: How will I receive my tickets if I purchased the Bassnectar VIP Experience?
A: All guests that purchased the Bassnectar VIP Experience will receive their tickets in the mail prior to the concert. The tickets will be shipped to the address provided at the online check-out. On the day of the show,we will have a separate VIP check-in area at MSG where you will pick up your remaining merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details including times and locations for check-in. Please be sure to bring a valid photo identification.
Q: How will I receive my tickets if I purchased a Bassnectar Travel Package?
A: A CID Entertainment representative will be in the main lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn to assist all travel package guests. Here you will pick up your tickets and appropriate merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details including times and locations for check-in. Please be sure to bring a valid photo identification.
Q: How far is MSG from the Hilton Garden Inn?
A: The Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located less than a half mile from the venue. It will be just about a 10 minute walk down the block!
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the Hilton Garden Inn?
A: All hotel rooms will be available for check-in beginning at 3pm and all guests must be checked out by 12pm on October 5th.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. Valet and Self-Parking are available upon arrival for additional fees.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in and get their appropriate credentials?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s items upon check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the concert.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
