Q: Does this Blake Shelton VIP Package have a minimum age?
A: Nope! There is not a minimum age for this package. Of course, any cash bar is still for patrons that are 21 years or older.
Q: Can I choose whether I get a ticket in the pit or in the lower bowl?
A: Many of the concerts for this program do not have a GA pit, so reserved seating will be the only option. Don’t worry, we’ve saved you the best seats in the house! If you are not sure what you are purchasing, please reach out to our Guest Services team for assistance.
Q: What is the lower bowl?
A: The lower bowl is the seating immediately surrounding the concert arena floor on all sides. The seating is usually elevated from the floor, and gives you a great view of the show.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in area for you the day of the show. This is where you will pick up your tickets, VIP credentials, and any additional merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational e-mail including exact times and locations for all VIP activities. The person who purchased the package must be present with valid photo ID to check in.
Q: When can I check in as a VIP?
A: Generally check-in opens about 2 hours before the show. About a week before the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational e-mail including exact times and locations for VIP check-in.
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my merchandise gift during the show?
A: Once you check-in and receive your merchandise, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before entering the concert venue.
Q: When will the pre-show acoustic performance take place?
A: The pre-show acoustic performance will take place during the pre-show party in the BS’ers lounge. More specific times will be announced in the informational email we will send to you about a week before the event. Performance times are subject to change based on the artist’s schedule, but will always take place during the scheduled party time. Please note the pre-show acoustic performance may overlap with opening acts.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is only included in the Pure BS Premium Experience package. Guests who purchase this package will only receive 1 parking pass per order, not per ticket. Parking is not included in the Voice of Choice Experience but will be available for purchase at the venue. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the VIP lounge?
A: You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. All camera phones are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses and GoPros will not be permitted.
Q: Can I bring in a selfie stick?
A: Selfie sticks will not be permitted in to the venue.
Q: Will Blake Shelton be able to sign autographs?
A: Blake will not be able to sign autographs.
Q: How is the Question & Answer session structured?
A: You will receive details on the question and answer portion of the party at VIP check-in on show day.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their wristbands on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: Ticket packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms of Use for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
