Boots & Hearts Hotel Packages
Q: Do the Boots & Hearts Hotel Packages have a minimum age?
A: The Boots & Hearts festival is open to people of all ages! However, please note that each hotel has a specific age requirement to purchase and check into the hotel. The minimum age to purchase a package at each hotel is listed below-
Horseshoe Resort 18+
Best Western Royal Oak 21+
Hampton Inn Barrie 21+
Holiday Inn Express Barrie 21+
Four Points by Sheraton 18+
Persons under the ages listed above may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must meet the hotel’s age requirement to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification. Additionally kids 12 and under are free to enter as a General Admission only guest and will be provided access upon arrival with proof of age. Children 12 and under will require a Full Event Premium Ticket in order to access the Premium Experience area. Please note you must verify your child’s age at the gate by providing a copy (or photocopy) of their birth certificate or passport.
Q: Are festival passes included?
A: Yes, this package DOES include festival passes. Travel packages include either General Admission or Premium Admission passes for either 2 or 4 guests.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is included in the package. However, festival parking is not included. Shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue as a part of your package. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: How far are the hotels from the festival?
A: The hotels are anywhere from 15-30 minutes away from the festival grounds via car. Below is the approximate travel time for each hotel. Please note that festival traffic may alter travel time.
The Horseshoe Resort – 12.9 miles (21km) 40 minutes
The Best Western – 12.8 miles (20km) 35 minutes
Four Points by Sheraton – 15.3 miles (24.7km) 38 minutes
The Hampton Inn – 14.9 miles (24km) 35 minutes
The Holiday Inn Express – 16.7 miles (26.8km) 35 minutes
Q: Can my other friends stay in my hotel room and ride the shuttle?
A: Each purchaser will receive the appropriate number festival tickets and shuttle passes that correspond to the package purchased. For instance, if you purchase a package for 2 people then you will receive 2 festival tickets and 2 festival passes upon check-in.
Q: How often will shuttles leave throughout the day?
A: Shuttles will be available to and from the hotel and venue each day on a set schedule. Specific shuttle times will be sent to in an informational email about a week before the program.
Q: Can I purchase a package for 3 or 5 people?
A: All packages can accommodate two (2) or four (4) guests depending on the hotel property.
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All travel packages available for this festival are for four nights only. If you would like to add an additional nights to your stay, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930. They’d be happy to help explain how do add an additional night.
Q: Some of the guests included in my travel package may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their shuttle passes and merchandise items?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s festival passes, shuttle passes and merchandise items upon check-in with the Boots and Hearts travel package check in team, so that they can distribute accordingly to their guests. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once. If arriving together is not possible, the original purchaser may ask the hotel to add their accompanying guests’ name(s) to the room upon check in. Hotel check in will be available 24 hours a day.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our guest services team at 888-805-8930, or at firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternative pick-up person at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to the to relay the details to the guest who is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy
