Q: Does the ‘Devil Don’t Sleep’ VIP Experience have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age for this package! Of course, the cash bar is still for patrons that are 21 years or older.
Q: Can I choose whether I get ticket in the pit or a premium reserved seat?
A: Yes. You can narrow down your ticket search during the ticket selection process as long as both are available.
Q: Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program?
A: Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888-805-8930 immediately after purchase. We will walk you through any available options.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: During the purchase process, you will have the option of choosing to have your tickets shipped to you before the show, printed at home, or pick them up at Will Call. If you choose to have your tickets shipped to you, you will still need to check in with us at the event to ensure you get to take advantage of all the perks that come with your package!
Q: If I’m unable to make it to VIP Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our VIP Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: When can I check in as a VIP guest?
A: Generally check-in opens about 2 hours before the show. About a week before the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational e-mail including exact times and locations for VIP check-in.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: When will the pre-show acoustic performance take place?
A: The pre-show acoustic performance will take place during the pre-show party. More specific times will be announced in the informational email we will send to you about a week before the event. We advise arriving as early as possible! Please note the pre-show acoustic performance may overlap with opening acts.
Q: How is the Question & Answer session structured?
A: When Brantley comes in to do his acoustic performance he will open the floor to questions from some lucky guests. He will literally answer anything, so think of something cool to ask him!
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my poster and merchandise gift during the show?
A: In some cases you will be able to run your things out to your car after checking in, in others where the venue restricts this, we will provide you with a bag to carry your items for the duration of the show. Please note that with heightened security measures some venues have different policies regarding re-entry of the venue.
Q: Can I bring my own camera in the ‘BG Nation’ VIP Lounge?
A: You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. Camera phones are perfectly fine but cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: Will Brantley be signing autographs?
A: Brantley will not be able to sign autographs due to time constraints.
Q: Are there any photo opportunities with Brantley during the Pre-Show Party?
A: Since this package does not include a meet & greet, personal photo opportunities are not available due to time constraints. However, you are more than welcome to take photos during the pre-show acoustic performance!
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick-up the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or email@example.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners.
