VIP & Super VIP
Q: Is there a minimum age for the VIP or Super VIP Pass?
A: All Camp Bisco attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Of course, any alcoholic beverages are for patrons that are 21 years or older. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: All tickets will be sent in the mail directly to your shipping address. Additionally, we will have a separate VIP check-in where you will pick up additional VIP merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities. Please bring your receipt, picture ID, and credit card.
Q: Do I need to purchase camping passes?
A: If you are planning on camping at the festival, you will need to purchase a camping pass HERE in addition to your 3-day festival pass.
Q: Is there VIP or Super VIP camping available?
A: No. There is only one type of camping for Camp Bisco attendees, no matter what type of festival ticket they have purchased.
Q: Is there VIP parking?
A: Yes: When purchasing your VIP or Super VIP pass, you will have the option to add VIP Parking for Camping or VIP Day Parking close to box office (available during purchase process, limited inventory, while supplies last).
Q: How early can I arrive at Camp Bisco?
All fans who purchased VIP Passes with VIP Parking for Camping can arrive starting at 12pm on Wednesday, July 13th. All other fans can arrive beginning at 6pm on Wednesday.
Q: Where will the VIP viewing areas be located?
A: There will be a VIP viewing area at the Main Stage as well as the Waterpark Stage. Super VIPs will also have access to a side stage viewing platform on the Main Stage.
Q: Do I have access to the Montage Mountain Waterpark during the festival?
A: Yes! Every 3-Day festival pass gives you full access to the waterpark.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick-up the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy

Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are nonrefundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
