Q: Can I purchase a package over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online. However, we’re happy to help walk you through the purchasing process if you’d like to give us a ring at 888-805-8930.
Q: Is there a minimum age for the VIP Pass?
A: All Camp Bisco attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Of course, any alcoholic beverages are for patrons that are 21 years or older. Please be sure to bring a valid government issued photo I.D.
Q: How and when will I receive my festival passes?
A: All tickets will be sent in the mail directly to your shipping address closer to the event. You will be notified by Front Gate Tickets when your order has shipped. You should expect your order to arrive in 7-10 business days from receipt of shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your order within one week of the event, please contact Front Gate Tickets at 888-512-SHOW for assistance.
Q: How will I receive my merchandise and meal vouchers?
A: VIP guests will pick up their merchandise at the festival. More details will be included in the informational email we send to purchasers approximately one week prior to the event. Meal vouchers will be attached to a laminate that will be shipped to you with your festival passes.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to the VIP Lounge to retrieve my merchandise, how can I receive it?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed onsite at the VIP Lounge. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: Do I need to purchase camping passes?
A: If you are planning on camping at the festival, you will need to purchase the 3-Day VIP + Camping bundle. The 3-Day VIP pass does not include camping.
Q: Is there VIP camping available?
A: No. If you purchase a 3-Day VIP + camping bundle, you will be camping in regular camping. RV Camping and Glamping options are also available. You can view more information on the camping options on the festival’s website here.
Q: Is there VIP parking?
A: Yes: When purchasing your VIP pass, you will have the option to add-on Free VIP Parking for Camping or a daytime-only VIP parking space at the venue (1 parking pass per order, while supplies last).
Q: How early can I arrive at Camp Bisco?
A: All fans who purchased VIP Passes + Camping will have early access to the campgrounds on Wednesday, July 8th from 8 PM – 10 PM. All fans with RV Passes can arrive starting at noon on Wednesday.
Q: Is a payment plan available?
A: Yes! To view the payment plan breakdown and to opt into the payment plan, you will need to click the Select a Layaway Plan button while checking out.
Q: Do I have access to the Montage Mountain Waterpark during the festival?
A: Yes! Every 3-Day festival pass gives you full access to the waterpark.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick-up the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or guestservices@cidentertainment.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. If festival passes were mailed, the purchaser will need to hand those over to the alternate pick-up guest to bring with them. Please note, all informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Are there any additional fees on top of the prices listed on your website?
A: Yes, though any additional fees will be noted during the purchase process on the ticketing pages.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are nonrefundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.

Travel Packages

Q: Can I purchase a package over the phone?

Q: Do the Camp Bisco travel packages have a minimum age?
A: You must be 18+ to purchase and check in for a Hampton Inn Scranton at Montage Mountain travel package. You must be 21+ to purchase and check in for a Four Points by Sheraton travel package. Guests under the age of 21 may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked on the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in and must present valid photo identification. Please note, all Camp Bisco attendees must be at least 18 years of age!
Q: Do these travel packages come with festival access?
A: Yes! Travel packages come with either (2) or (4) 3-day GA or VIP passes to Camp Bisco 2020. Please review the Travel Packages page to see which options are offered at each hotel.
Q: Is a payment plan available?
A: Yes! To view the payment plan breakdown and to opt into the payment plan, you will need to click the Select a Layaway Plan button while checking out.
Q: Can I create a custom travel package that’s not offered on the website? For example, is there a way to purchase a 3-Night Four Points VIP Travel Package for 4 People?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot create custom travel packages. Please refer to our Travel Packages page on the website to review what specific package offerings are available.
Q: Can I choose between one king bed or two double beds?
A: Yes! During the purchase process, you will choose whether you’d like one king bed or two double beds, pending availability. Please note, 4-person packages are only available with two double beds.
Q: Where will I receive my festival passes?
A: CID Entertainment representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in, pick up your festival passes, as well as any merchandise or additional items that come with your package. Approximately one week prior to the event date, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package Check-in.
Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to Travel Package Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be picked up at the hotel at our Travel Package Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: We abide by the hotel’s standard check-in and check-out times, which are:
Four Points by Sheraton Scranton: 3:00 PM / 12:00 PM
Hampton Inn Montage Mountain: 3:00 PM / 12:00 PM
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package, however, there is complimentary parking available at both hotels.
Q: Do I need to purchase a parking pass/is shuttle service included in my package?
A: It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All travel packages available for this event are for three nights only.
Q: How can I extend my hotel stay to more than three nights?
A: If you would like to book additional nights, you will need to do so through the hotel directly with the same room type as your travel package. Please note, the hotel will likely not have your travel package information on file until closer to the event. Once the additional nights are booked, you may contact CID Guest Services at guestservices@cidentertainment.com with your reservation information and we can submit a request to the hotel to link those nights with your package. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.

Q: Are festival passes included with the Glamping Tent Rentals?
A: No, you must have GA or VIP festival passes to Camp Bisco 2020 in order to redeem the tent rental. Festival passes must be purchased separately.
Q: Is a payment plan available?

Q: How do I get to my assigned Glamping Tent for the weekend?
A: Upon entry, we will have a designated check-in area where you will be directed to your assigned Glamping Tent. The purchaser will need to present a valid photo ID to check-in. As it gets closer to the event, the purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in.
Q: Where will the Glamping Tent Rentals be located?
A: The Glamping Tent Rentals will be located in a private campground just above the Above The Waves stage.
Q: Is parking included in the Glamping Tent package?
A: Yes! Each Glamping order comes with one (1) parking pass for the campground parking lot. Though you will not be parked next to your tent, golf cart transportation from your car to your tent for load in & load out will be provided.
Q: How will I receive my parking pass?
A: Parking passes will be shipped directly to the purchaser.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member check in for the tent rental on my behalf?
