Q: Do these packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend the concert at The Cherokee Center. You must be 21+ to attend the Pre-Jam at the Orange Peel.
Q: Can I choose whether I get a General Admission Floor ticket or a Reserved ticket?
A: Yes! You can narrow down your ticket search during the ticket selection process if both are options available.
Q: Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of a VIP program?
A: Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program, please reach out to us at guestservices@cidentertainment.com immediately after purchase. We will walk you through any available options.
Q: What is a Reserved VIP Ticket?
A: The Reserved VIP seats will be in sections 210, 208 or 207 in the balcony at Christmas Jam on Saturday 12/10 at the The Cherokee Center.
Q: Can I purchase a VIP Package at the Box Office?
A: No, VIP Packages will not be available for purchase at the Box Office. You must purchase online ahead of time.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: All VIP and Travel Package guests will check-in and receive their tickets at the Renaissance Asheville. We will have a separate VIP check-in area at the hotel where you will pick up your tickets and VIP credentials and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email including the exact time and location for VIP check-in. Please remember to bring valid photo identification with you in order to redeem your package.
Q: Where will my ticket get me access to?
A: If you purchased a VIP GA Floor ticket, you will have access to all GA areas including our VIP viewing area on the floor, as well as access to the GA seating areas with early entry before the show. If you purchased a VIP Reserved seat, you will have access to your specific reserved seat as well as the VIP viewing area, plus any GA areas.
Q: If I’m unable to make it to the On Location Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our On Location Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: Is there a reserved viewing area for the Pre-Jam at the Orange Peel?
A: As this show is highly exclusive, there is not a reserved viewing area. This event is all general admission standing room only.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: VIP guests are welcome to park in the hotel lot briefly while they check-in and pick up their credentials and merchandise, but parking will not be provided during the show. Once you receive your tickets and merchandise, please find an alternative for parking. Please click HERE for additional information on parking.
Q: How far is the Renaissance Ashville from the venues?
A: The hotel is just 0.3 miles from the The Cherokee Cente. It is a short 5-minute walk. The hotel is 0.8 miles from The Orange Peel, about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive.
Q: Is there a secure space where I can leave my merchandise during the show?
A: Once you receive everything at check-in, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car or hotel room before heading over to the concert venue. We understand that it’s not always comfortable to carry around your merchandise during the show – it makes it harder to dance!
Q: Can I get an autograph with Warren Haynes during the photo opportunity?
A: Autographs are not included as part of this package.
Q: Can I get a solo picture with Warren Haynes during the photo opportunity?
A: Due to time constraints, everyone will most likely be organized by the group that they came with for the photo opportunity.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: You can bring your camera phone and/or a standard point-and-shoot, but any cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. We will have a professional photographer available for the photo opportunity after the Pre-Jam so all personal cameras must be put away. We promise – you’ll have access to the high-quality photos after the event!
Q: Can I upgrade to a VIP package if I already purchased a regular ticket?
A: Our ability to upgrade depends on a few different factors – availability, the venue, and date of contact – but please reach out to our guest services team at guestservices@cidentertainment.com to inquire about any upgrade availability, and we’d be happy to discuss your options with you!
Q: What is a concert concierge?
A: The concert concierge is basically an extension of our Guest Services team at the event itself. He/she will be available for any questions or concerns that may arise during the VIP program.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will check in for all package materials, and he/she will then be able to distribute accordingly. Thus, we advise your whole party to come to VIP check-in at the same time to make it quick and easy.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: You can do what is called an alternate pick-up! Simply provide the new guest with:
- A photocopy of your photo ID
- A photocopy of the credit card used during the purchase process
- A note authorizing the new guest to check in for your order.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?

Q: Does the hotel travel packages have a minimum age?

A: Yes! All travel packages come with either 2 GA Floor, Reserved, VIP, or Golden Hammer Tickets. You will get the same perks as any other non-travel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Travel Packager guest.

Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. Q: If I’m unable to make it to the On Location Check-in, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our On Location Check-in. We are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: Check-in begins at 4pm at the Renaissance Asheville as well as the Hotel Indigo. All guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel self-parking and valet is available for an additional fee per day.
Q: How far is are the hotels from from the venues?
A: Hotel Indigo is just 0.3 miles from the Cherokee Center. It is a short 5-minute walk. The Renaissance Asheville hotel is 0.4 miles from the Cherokee Center. Both hotels are about a 15-minute walk to The Orange Peel
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All travel packages available for this event are for two nights only. If you would like to add an additional night to your stay, please book that night with the hotel separately and contact us with your additional night reservation. We will do our best to link the stays together.
Q: As a VIP/Golden Hammer guest, how will I be able to find all the amazing VIP/Super VIP amenities and services throughout the event?
A: As it gets closer to the event, the purchaser will receive an email with all important event details.
Q: As a VIP, will I have access to all GA areas?
A: Yes! You will be able to access any area of the event that General Admission guests are permitted to access.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick up their ticket and check in for the travel package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at guestservices@cidentertainment.com to authorize an alternate pickup person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
