We have put together these on-site accommodations so you can stay close to all the action without having to bring and set up your own camping and sleeping gear. Curveball will have a limited number of fully set up tents available to rent. Each tent will be fully set up and be weatherproof. Tent rentals will be available in both the “Glen Close Camping” and General Admission camping areas.

*Glen Close weekend passes include access to all three days of Curveball, GA campgrounds and Glen Close campgrounds. All ages are welcome. Children 6 and older must have a pass. Ages 5 and under free. All campers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Glen Close Weekend passes are only available by purchasing a Glen Close camping package.

Q: What time can I arrive if I purchase a tent rental? [UPDATED INFO]
A: Great Tent Rental and Glen Close Tent Rental purchasers may arrive beginning Wednesday, August 15th at Noon. Note: all campground entrances will close on Wednesday at 10PM and re-open on Thursday at Noon. Everyone must exit the campgrounds by Noon on Monday, August 20th.
Q: Are tickets included with the tent rental?
A: The Great Tent Rental does not include tickets. Guests staying in this tent rental must have weekend passes to Curveball.
The Glen Close Tent Rental package includes two (2) Glen Close weekend passes to Curveball.
Q: How many people can stay in the tent rental?
A: No more than two guests will be permitted to stay in each tent rental.
Q: Is there a payment plan option for these packages?
A: When you are completing your order you can opt into the layaway plan for an additional fee of $10 per order. Your first payment of 50% + fees and shipping secures your order. The remaining 50% will automatically be charged on Wednesday, May 16th to the card used to purchase. Using the Keep it Rolling layaway plan means you agree to the terms & conditions including a default policy.
Q: How do I get assigned to my tent for the weekend?
A: Upon entry, we will have a designated check-in area where you will be directed to your tent. As it gets closer to the event, the purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for check-in.
Q: Where will my tent rental be located?
A: The Great Tent Rentals will be located in the GA campground and the Glen Close Tent Rentals will be located in a Glen Close campground.
Q: Do the tent rentals include electricity?
A: No, tent rentals do not include electricity.
Q: Do I need to purchase a separate parking pass for my tent rental?
A: Nope, parking for one vehicle is included in this rental package!
Q: Where will my car be parked?
A: Your vehicle will be parked in close proximity to the tent, though not right next to it.
Q: Will there be room to set up a pop-up canopy outside of my tent rental?
A: No, there will not be space to set up a pop-up canopy of any kind outside of the tent rental.
Q: If I have a Glen Close Weekend Pass, can my friends with General Admission Passes hang out in my tent?
A: No, everyone in the Glen Close areas must have a Glen Close Weekend Pass. Glen Close Pass-holders, however, can visit the GA campground if they’d like!
Q: Can me and my friends camp in the same group next to one another?
A: Please contact our Guest Services team after purchasing and we will do our best to put you next to or as close as possible to your friends. In order to camp next to each other, you must have the same type of tent rental. All Great Tent Rentals will be in a separate campground from Glen Close Tent Rentals. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you call or email. We recommend that everyone in your party arrive at once all together for your best chance of camping close to one another.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: I purchased a tent rental package for my friends/family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they redeem the tent rental on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or guestservices@cidentertainment.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to redeem the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to him/her to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I can no longer attend or change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
