Q: Does the VIP Upgrade include tickets to the concert?
A: No, the VIP upgrade DOES NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have a ticket to the show in order to redeem the VIP Package elements.
Q: Does the VIP Package include tickets to the concert?
A: YES! Each VIP Meet & Greet Package includes one general admission ticket.
Q: Can I purchase a VIP Upgrade or VIP Package at the Box Office?
A: No, VIP Upgrades and VIP Packages will not be available for purchase at the Box Office. You must purchase online at least 3 days prior to the concert.
Q: Do any of the packages have a minimum age?
A: The age policy for the event varies with each venue. Please refer to the venue age restrictions for each city.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the Pre-Show Party?
A: Yes! You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. All camera phones are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: Are there any photo or autograph opportunities with David Nail during the Pre-Show Party?
A: Yes! Your package includes a meet & greet, photo opportunity and autograph signing with David Nail, which will take place at the VIP Pre-Show Party.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my VIP merchandise during the show?
A: Once you check-in and receive all appropriate merchandise, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before entering the concert venue.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise at check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: If I arrive late or miss the Pre-Party, can I have the merchandise items mailed to me?
A: Yes, but you will need to pay for the cost of shipping. Please reach out to Guest Services for more information at 888-805-8930.
