Are festival passes included with our suite?
Festival passes are not included with the purchase of a suite. All suite guests must have a VIP ticket in order to access the suites. If you do not currently have VIP tickets to the festival or are looking to upgrade previously purchased GA tickets, please reach out to VIPconcierge@daynvegas2019.com
How many people can I have in a suite?
A single suite can accommodate up to 75 guests.
Does everyone need VIP credentials to access the suite?
Yes, everyone in your party will need a VIP credential to access the suite. If you still need to purchase VIP tickets, please reach out to VIPconcierge@daynvegas2019.com
Are food and drinks included in the purchase of our suite?
Each suite comes with a food and beverage credit that is included in the cost to reserve a suite. Any purchases exceeding this food and beverage credit will be applied to the credit card on file. All food & beverage purchases, including the credit in your package, will be subject to a 15% gratuity on total food & beverage cost.
Do I need a credit card to purchase a suite?
Advance suite purchases require a wire transfer. Should you wish to purchase additional food and beverages on-site, you will need to present a credit card with matching ID.
Where do we enter the festival to check-in for our suite?
All suite guests should enter through the VIP lanes at the main festival entrance. There will be concierge staff to help guide you to your suite.
How old do you have to be to purchase a suite?
The suite purchaser and all guests in their party must be 21 years of age or older.
Will we have a VIP host for our suite?
There will be a concierge host in the suite area for the duration of the weekend.
How many days will we have access to our suite?
Three-day (Nov 1, 2 and 3, 2019) suite packages are available for purchase at this time.
Can I change a name on my suite’s guest list in the middle of a show day?
Unfortunately not. Guest lists must be finalized at the start of each day, and names changes are only permitted for three-day suite package holders for a following show day.
Can I add guests to my suite reservation at a later date?
Yes, you will be able to add guests if you have not yet reached your maximum guest allotment.
Do you have to know all guest names for my suite reservation?
Yes, all guest names will have to be submitted prior to the event date. Please stay tuned for more information to follow via email closer to the event date.
Is gratuity included in the package price?
No – a 15% gratuity will be added on top of the total food and beverage cost.
When do I settle my bill?
You will settle your bill at the end of each show day. We can apply your entire food & beverage credit all one time or separate it by day.
Bottle Service Table FAQs
How many people can I have at a table?
You may have up to 12 total people at your designated table area.
Does everyone need VIP credentials to access the table?
Yes, everyone in your party will need a VIP credential to access the table. If you still need to purchase VIP credentials, or upgrade your GA ticket to VIP, please reach out to VIPconcierge@daynvegas2019.com.
How is alcohol worked into our table cost?
Your table purchase includes 2 bottles of liquor, 2 bottles of champagne, 8 Red Bulls, 8 Sodas and 8 8 waters. You will also have access to a menu with additional alcohol and food options. For day of show purchases, you will need to open a tab with your server, using a credit card along with a matching photo ID.
Do I need a credit card to purchase a table?
Advanced table purchases require either a major credit card or wire transfer. Should you wish to purchase additional beverages on-site, you will need to present a credit card with a matching ID.

Is gratuity included in the package price?
There is a 20% gratuity on the alcohol service that is already included in your package. Any additional alcohol or food purchases will not include gratuity, and we encourage you to leave additional tip on additional purchases.
