Q: Does the ‘Spirit of the Satch’ VIP Package have a minimum age?
A: Most shows are open to guests of all ages. However, the age policy varies with each venue. You can typically find the age policy via the “more information” button on the ticketing page, but if it is not there, you may also refer to the venue’s website for details regarding your specific event.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: During the purchase process, you will be able to select the delivery method for the tickets. All VIP credentials and merchandise will be available for pickup at the venue. As it gets closer to the event, an informational email will be sent with further details.
Q: Is a ticket included in these packages?
A: (1) ticket is included in the ‘Spirit of the Satch’ VIP Experience. You must have already purchased a ticket in advance if you plan to purchase the Spirit of the Satch VIP UPGRADE Experience.
Q: What time does the VIP program start?
A: The VIP program will typically start 45 minutes prior to doors however the timing may vary depending on the venue. An informational email will be sent out about 1 week prior to the show and include full details on the VIP program.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the Meet & Greet photo opportunity with Dr. John?
A: Guests can to bring their own camera into the show but we ask that all personal cameras be put away for the meet & greet portion as we will have a photographer. All camera phones are acceptable during the show, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: Can I get an autograph?
A: The limited edition poster will be autographed ahead of time. Additional autographs are not guaranteed due to time constraints.
Q: What in the world is a king cake?
A: It is a popular Mardi Gras treat! Check out this site to learn about the history of this traditional dessert.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their credentials, tickets and merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everything. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend or family member pick up the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy
