Q: Does the VIP Package include tickets to the concert?
A: No, this VIP Package does NOT include a ticket to the concert. You must have a ticket to the show in order to redeem the VIP elements.
Q: Can I purchase a VIP Package at the Box Office?
A: No, VIP Packages will not be available for purchase at the Box Office. You must purchase online ahead of time.
Q: Do any of the packages have a minimum age?
A: The age policy for the event varies with each venue. Please refer to the venue age restrictions for each show.
Q: How will I receive the Meet & Greet credentials?
A: The Meet & Greet credentials along with a welcome letter will be available at the box office. As it gets closer to the event, an informational email will be sent with pickup details.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: When does the acoustic performance and Meet & Greet start?
A: The timing varies with each show. Generally we suggest guests arrive ready to go about 1 hour after the venue doors open. More specific times will be provided in the informational email.
Q: What is the acoustic performance going to be like?
A: It will be a small intimate performance with just Dustin and his guitar!
Q: Can I get an autograph and solo picture with Dustin during the Meet & Greet?
A: There is no guarantee that Dustin will be able to sign autographs due to time constraints. Everyone will most likely be organized by the group that they come with for the photo opportunity.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their credentials and merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up credentials and merchandise at the box office. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their credentials on my behalf?
A: Please have the original purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to the person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
