Q: Do the EDC Puerto Rico have a minimum age?
A: EDC Puerto Rico is 18+ and all guests must provide ID when entering the festival.
Q: How will I receive my passes?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in at the hotel where you will pick up your tickets and VIP merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all of the event details including the times and locations for all VIP activities. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: I will not have the credit card that was used to purchase my ticket/package. What do I need to do to be able to pick up my tickets?
A: If the package was placed under your name at will call, we ask that you please bring your confirmation emails as well as your identification. If your order is under another will call name we ask that you please contact CID Entertainment Guest Services for assistance. You can email guest services at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 1-888-805-8930.
Q: What does “Will Call” mean?
A: Will Call is the table in the hotel lobby where travel package guests pick up their festival tickets and merchandise. You will not have to go to the Box Office once arriving at the festival.
Q: How long will it take to pick up our credentials at the hotel and be able to go to the festival?
A: Even at peak times, the process to pick up your credentials should not take much longer than 15 minutes. We will have ample staff to ensure a quick check in process. Most times you will be able to just walk up to our table, and receive your credentials in less than 5 minutes.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: All guests can check into their room beginning at 4:00 PM and must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12:00 PM. Please note that all VIP travel package guests will also need to stop by our separate VIP check-in area in the hotel to pick-up all tickets and VIP merchandise. The location of VIP check in will be included in the informational email you will receive prior to the event.
Q: Is breakfast included in our hotel stay?
A: Breakfast is not included, but Yoga, Pilates, Piña Colada Tasting, One-Hr use of floats at the beach, Pre-Core Fitness Center Access, Tennis Court Access (based on availability), In-room coffee and tea & Guestroom High Speed Internet Access are all included in the resort stay.
Q: How far is the hotel from the venue?
A: The hotel is just about a half mile from the venue so it is a short 5-10 minute walk.
Q: Is VIP parking at the hotel included?
A: Hotel parking is free for all guests staying overnight.
Q: What is the difference between GA passes and VIP passes?
A: GA passes will only grant you access to the festival grounds with no special amenities. VIP passes included a separate VIP entrance to the festival with “Fast Pass” Entry, access to preferred viewing decks with exclusive cash bars, VIP restrooms and a collectible VIP laminate.
Q: The people staying with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s passes and merchandise, and should distribute accordingly. We advise everyone to arrive together.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
