Q: Do any of these packages have a minimum age?
A: Nope! There is not a minimum age for this package. Of course, any alcoholic beverages are for patrons that are 21 years or older.
Q: Can I choose which row my seat is for the game?
A: Yes. You can narrow down your ticket search during the ticket selection process depending on what is still available.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in for you. This is where you will pick up your tickets, VIP credentials, and any additional merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in, party and VIP activities.
Q: When can I check in as a VIP?
A: Check-in typically opens about 2 hours before the game. We advise arriving as early as possible but as it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the game?
A: You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. Camera Phones are acceptable. Cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: Will the players be signing autographs?
A: The team will not be able to sign autographs due to time constraints.
Q: Are there any photo opportunities with the players?
A: Since this package does not include a Meet & Greet, personal photo opps are not available due to time constraints. However, you are more than welcome to take photos during the game and team warm up!
Q: The people attending the game with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the game all at once.
Q: Can I upgrade from a Gold VIP Tickets to and Platinum VIP ticket?
A: No, you must have already purchased a Platinum VIP package before game day.
Q: Is VIP Parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to game day.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
