Travel Package FAQ
Q: Do the Firefly Travel Packages have a minimum age?
A: You must be 21+ to purchase a travel package and check-in to the hotels, however, persons under the age of 21 may still occupy a room.
Q: Do these travel packages come with festival access?
A: Yes! All travel packages come with GA, VIP, or Super VIP Tickets, depending upon what you’ve selected. You will get the same perks as any other non-travel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Travel Packager!
Q: What are the addresses of the hotels?

Dover Downs Hotel & Casino: 1131 North Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901
Q: How far are the hotels from the festival grounds?
A: Each hotel is within 1.5 miles of the venue.
Q: Where will I receive my wristbands?
A: We will have a separate Travel Package Check-in at each hotel when you check in – this is where you will pick up your festival passes, shuttle passes, and merchandise.
Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event (approximately one week prior), the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package Check-in.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotels?
A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:
Holiday Inn Dover: Check-in begins at 3:00PM and check-out is at 11:00AM
Holiday Inn Express Dover: Check-in begins at 3:00PM and check-out is at 12:00PM
Dover Downs Hotel & Casino: Check-in begins at 4:00PM and check-out is at 12:00PM
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. Self-parking is available at each hotel but may cost an additional fee.
Q: Are room upgrades available?
A: Room upgrades are not available through CID Entertainment. If you would like to upgrade your room type we suggest that you contact the hotel directly to confirm availability and upgrade pricing. Guests are responsible for confirming all details and paying the hotel directly for all associated upgrade charges. Please note that the hotel will not have your name on file until closer to the event date.
Q: Can I add additional nights to my Travel Package?
A: For additional nights, please book an independent reservation for those nights with the hotel directly, with the same room type as your travel package. Please contact us with the new reservation number and your Travel Package order number, and our hotel team will work to combine your stay. Q: Can our room be next to our friends? Can they be connected?
A: Please contact our Guest Services team after purchasing and we will do our best to put you next to, or as close as possible, your friends. Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you contact us.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy

Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
