Q: Do the Florida Georgia Line VIP Packages have a minimum age?
A: The majority of shows are open to people of all ages! However, the age policy varies with each venue. Please refer to the venue age restrictions for each show.
Q: Can I choose whether I get a Premium Reserved Seat or a General Admission Pit ticket?
A: Yes. As long as both options are still available at the time of purchase, you’ll be able to narrow your search down to GA or reserved.
Q: What is a Premium Reserved Ticket?
A: The Premium Reserved seats vary by venue and will typically be either in the lower bowl or directly behind the pit on the floor.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in area for you the day of the show. This is where you will pick up your tickets, VIP credentials, and any additional merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational e-mail including exact times and locations for all VIP activities. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: When can I check in as a VIP guest?
A: Generally check-in opens about 1-2 hours before the show. About a week before the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational e-mail including exact times and locations for VIP check-in.
Q: What is a concert concierge?
A: The concert concierge is an onsite staff member dedicated to our VIP guests available for any questions or concerns that may arise while you are at the show!
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my poster and merchandise gift during the show?
A: Once you check-in and receive all appropriate merchandise, you should have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before getting your ticket scanned and entering the concert venue.
Q: When will the pre-show acoustic performance take place?
A: More specific times will be announced in the informational email we will send to you about a week before the event. We advise arriving as early as possible! Please note the pre-show acoustic performance may overlap with opening acts.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the VIP lounge?
A: You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. However, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. Camera phones are acceptable.
Q: Will Florida Georgia Line be able to sign autographs on anything besides the tour poster?
A: Unfortunately due to time constraints FGL will not be able to sign autographs during the pre show acoustic performance.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their wristbands on my behalf?
A: The original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or email@example.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
