Q: Do the FYF Fest travel packages have a minimum age?
A: You must be 18+ to purchase and check-in for a travel package, but persons under the age of 18 may still occupy a room. The festival is all ages, however, you must be 21+ to attend as a VIP.
Q: Is there a payment plan for the travel packages?
A: Yes! Upon purchasing, you will put down an initial 34% deposit, followed by (2) subsequent payments of 33% of the package price. The second payment will be automatically charged on 6/15/15 and the final payment will be charged on 7/15/15.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment representative will be at the hotel to assist you. Here you will check-in and pick up your tickets, t-shirts, and public transportation passes. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational e-mail with all of the package details. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: What if I want to stay at the hotel for more than two nights?
A: All travel packages available for this festival are for two nights only. If you would like to add an additional night to your hotel stay, please contact the hotel directly to book the additional night with the same room type as your travel package. Once the additional night is booked, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or via email at email@example.com to link the two reservations together. Please note that our ability to connect the stays depends on hotel availability and is not guaranteed.
Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once to ensure the appropriate items are received.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 at least one week prior to the festival to issue a name change to a person or family member attending.
