Q. Can I purchase travel packages or place an online ticket request over the phone?
A. All purchases and ticket requests must be done online only.
Q. How many travel packages can I buy at one time?
A. You can purchase up to two travel packages at a time. Travel packages can be purchased with two-night tickets for either one (1) or two (2) people.
Q. How does the online ticket request work for ticket packages? How many can I request?
A. You may submit an online ticket request for only one CID Experience ticket type (up to 4 tickets) – either Golden Road Super CID Experience Premium Reserved, Golden Road Super CID Experience GA Pit, Steal Your Face CID Experience Premium Reserved or Steal Your Face CID Experience GA Field. If you submit more than one order for CID Experience packages under the same name or credit card, your orders will be canceled. However, you may place an online ticket request for both CID Experiences and regular tickets. There is no online ticket request system for travel packages, as those are currently available for regular purchase.
Q. How will I know if my online ticket request will be fulfilled?
A. By placing an online ticket request, you are not guaranteed to receive tickets. Please make sure your card can be charged, and you will be notified whether or not your order will be fulfilled by 11:59 PM EDT on Sunday, April 19th. If there are CID Experience tickets remaining after the online request period ends, they will made available with the public on sale on Monday, April 20th at 10 AM PDT on our website.
Q. Are payment plans available?
A. There is a payment plan built in for all travel packages. 60% of the package price plus all fees will be charged at time of purchase, and the final 40% will be automatically charged on April 16th, 2015 to the credit card on file.
Q. Can I pay off the balance of my package early, or change my credit card for the 2nd payment?
A. If you’d like to pay off the balance before April 16th, or need to change the credit card on file, please call our ticketing outlet – TicketsToday – at 1-800-594-8499.
Q. I would like to book an additional hotel night with my stay. How can I book this?
A. If you would like to add additional nights to your package, please book an independent reservation for the new night(s) directly through the hotel. Once you’ve booked, please reach out to our Guest Services team with your package order number and your new hotel reservation number, and we will work to merge the reservations for you.
PLEASE NOTE: The hotel will not have your name in their system yet, only a hold for CID Entertainment. It is important that you book the same exact room type and bed type when booking your additional nights. Please contact CID Guest Services with any (REMOVE: further) questions.
Q. Do travel packages include concert tickets?
A. All of our travel packages include tickets as well. You will receive two (2) tickets for each guest (one ticket per night). Our travel packages are for one (1) or two (2) people. You can purchase up to two (2) travel packages at a time.
Q. Can we choose our seat locations?
A. You won’t be able to choose your seats, however you will be able to confirm your seat location before purchasing a travel package. If you aren’t happy with the locations you pulled, you can empty your cart and search again. You will not be able to choose or preview your seat locations for the CID Experience online ticket request — you will receive your seat locations via email if your request is fulfilled.
Q. What is the difference between GA Pit and GA Field?
A. The GA Pit will be a smaller, more intimate general admission area directly in front of the stage. The GA Field will be a larger general admission area behind the GA Pit.
Q. What is the difference between reserved seats and premium reserved seats?
A. The reserved seats will be in the 300 level of the bowl and a bit further back. While these are good seats, the premium seats will be better. Premium reserved seats will be in the 100 level of the lower bowl on either side of the venue, and closer to the stage. You will be able to see exactly where your seat is located before completing your travel package order. Online ticket request winners will be notified with their seat locations by email.
Q. Does my child need a ticket?
A. Yes, this is an all ages event. All children must have a ticket.
Q. Can I transfer my package to someone else?
A. CID Entertainment packages are non-transferable and must be picked up by the purchaser using a valid photo ID. Any packages found being resold are subject to cancellation.
Q. I can no longer attend, can I receive a refund?
A. Our packages are non-refundable. In case of emergency, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or guestservices@cidentertainment.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
