Q: Does the ‘Romans & Remains’ VIP Package have a minimum age?
A: Nope! There is not a minimum age for this package.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: During the purchase process, you will be able to select the delivery method for the tickets. Everyone’s meet & greet credentials along with a welcome letter will be available at the box office. As it gets closer to the event, an informational email will be sent with pickup and meet & greet details.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my merchandise during the show?
A: Once you receive everything at the box office, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before entering the concert venue.
Q: When will the Meet & Greet session take place?
A: The Meet & Greet will take place prior to show. All guests should plan to show up to the venue approximately 90 minutes prior to doors. For instance if the venue doors open at 6pm, guests should be prepared to arrive approximately at 4:30pm. The informational email will include the exact time and full check-in details.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the Meet & Greet photo opportunity?
A: Yes! All guests need to bring their own camera. All camera phones are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. A representative will be available to take the photo for you.
Q: Is the photo opportunity with both bands at once or will it be two separate photos?
A: There will be one photo with both bands at once.
Q: Can I get an autograph and solo picture with either band during the Meet & Greet?
A: There is no guarantee that the bands will be able to sign autographs due to time constraints. Everyone will most likely be organized by the group that they come with for the photo opportunity.
Q: Will the early entry into the venue conflict with the Meet & Greet session?

A: All artists will be participating!
Q: Is the lithograph signed by all members of each band?
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their credentials on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
