Q: Do I have to be 18 years old to purchase this package?
A: Many of the shows are open to people of all ages. However, there are some shows that require all attendees to be 18+. Please be sure to check the purchase page for the show’s specific age requirement.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets and VIP merchandise?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in area for you the day of the show. This is where you will pickup your tickets and merchandise. About one week before the show, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email including the exact time and location for check-in. The person who purchased the tickets must be present with photo ID.
Q: Is there a place to leave my merchandise during the show?
A: Once you check-in and receive all appropriate merchandise, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before entering the concert venue.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: How will you know my t-shirt size?
A: We will ask you for your preferred t-shirt size at the VIP check-in table when you arrive.
Q: If I purchased Package A, can I bring my own camera for the photo opportunity?
A: Personal cameras will not be permitted as we will be providing a professional photographer for the Meet & Greet.
Q: Will Kendrick Lamar be able to sign autographs in person?
A: He will not be able to sign personal autographs due to time constraints. The signed vinyl that is part of your package will be signed ahead of time.
Q: Our group may not arrive together. How will everyone get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for someone else, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pickup their tickets and merchandise on my behalf?
A: The person who purchased the package must be present with photo ID to pick up the tickets and merchandise. Name changes may be requested in advance and are considered on a case-by-case basis. To inquire please call 888-805-8930 to request a name change at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
