Q: Does this package have a minimum age?
A: The majority of shows are open to people of all ages! However, the age policy varies with each venue. Please refer to the venue age restrictions for each show.
Q: Does the ‘K.I.P.’ VIP Experience include a ticket to the show?
A: Yes! Each ‘K.I.P.’ VIP Experience packages includes one ticket to the concert! During the purchasing process, you will be able to choose your ticket type based on availability. Generally the packages with GA pit tickets will sell out first. In that case, the ticketing page will automatically default to the best available seating option we have available. During the purchasing process, you will have the option to select the delivery method for your ticket. Please be sure to have your ticket in hand the day of show as we will not have any tickets.
Q: Does the ‘K.I.P.’ VIP Experience Upgrade include a ticket to the show?
A: No! The upgrade packages do not include a ticket to the concert. All guests with an upgrade package must purchase a concert ticket on their own in order to gain entry into the venue.
Q: Where will I receive my VIP credentials and merchandise?
A: All VIP credentials and merchandise will be available for pickup at the venue. As it gets closer to the event, an informational email will be sent with further details regarding time and location. Please be sure to bring valid photo ID to pick up everything.
Q: When can I check-in as a VIP guest?
A: The exact time varies with each show. Generally check-in will occur about 2 hours before the main show starts. More specific times will be provided in the informational email to ensure you don’t miss anything!
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included. Please refer to the venue for more info regarding parking.
Q: Is there a secure space that I can leave my poster during the show?
A: Once you receive everything at check-in, you will have the opportunity to bring items back to your car before entering the concert venue
Q: What is the pre-show two-song acoustic performance going to be like?
A: It will be a small intimate performance with just Kip and his guitar!
Q: Will Kip be signing autographs?
A: We cannot guarantee any autographs but the Meet & Greet will still be a blast!
Q: How will the Meet & Greet photo opportunity be setup?
A: Everyone will most likely be organized by the group that they come with for the photo opportunity.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the pre-show party?
A: All camera phones are acceptable, however, cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. We will have a photographer available for the Meet & Greet photo so all personal cameras must be put away for that portion.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their credentials and merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
