VIP/Super VIP FAQs
Q: Does Lockn’ Festival have a minimum age?
A: No! Lockn’ Festival is open to people of all ages, and we abide by their policy. All children under 12 can participate in our VIP program free of charge. They must be accompanied by an adult, and parents must bring a copy of their birth certificate or other proof of age (eg. report card.)
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: All VIP/Super VIP wristbands will be sent in the mail directly to you. Wristbands will be shipped to your billing address or shipping address a few weeks before the festival. Once you arrive at the festival, there will be a separate VIP check-in area where you will receive all remaining VIP goodies and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an email with all the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities. Please bring your receipt, picture ID, and credit card.
Q: What if I lose my wristband?
A: Wristbands cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Q: Is a camping pass included in the VIP/Super VIP packages?
A: Nope, VIP camping may be added on for an additional fee during the purchase process. If you have already purchased a package but would like to add on a camping pass now, please reaching out to our Guest Services Team at 888-805-8930 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d be happy to walk through your options with you!
Q: Can I purchase a VIP upgrade on-site during the festival weekend?
A: We encourage all parties to purchase VIP ahead of time, as the option of purchasing onsite cannot be guaranteed.
Q: What directions should I follow if I am driving to the festival?
A: Entrance directions will be emailed to purchasers leading up to the event.

Additionally, as it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an email with all important event details, including exact times and locations for check-in and VIP activities. Don’t worry – we’ll make sure you have all the information you’ll need to have an amazing time.
Q: Can I bring my own chair into the VIP and Super VIP viewing areas?
A: Guests are not permitted to bring chairs into the VIP or Super VIP viewing areas.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930or email@example.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
