Q: Does Lockn’ have a minimum age?
A: Lockn’ is open to guests of all ages! In fact, children 12 and under will be able to attend Lockn’ for free and accompany their parents into all VIP areas. Parents or guardians must bring a copy of their child’s birth certificate or some other proof of age. Of course, any alcoholic beverages are for patrons that are 21 years or older.

Q: Can I purchase a VIP or Super VIP upgrade on-site during the festival weekend?
A: We encourage all parties to purchase VIP or Super VIP ahead of time, as the option of purchasing onsite cannot be guaranteed.
Q: What directions should I take if I am driving to the festival?

Coming from the north on US 29 (Driving South)
Turn Left on Front St Drive 0.3 miles to James River Rd Drive
Turn Right on James River Rd Drive 3.1 Miles to Oak Ridge Rd
Turn Right on Oak Ridge Rd Drive 2.7 Miles to Diggs Mountain Rd
Turn Left onto Diggs Mountain Rd and then an immediate left again through Gate One
Be prepared to present your VIP passes as you enter the gate.
Coming from the South on US 29 (Driving North)
Drive past the main GA Entrance approximately 3 miles past the entrance to Front St.

Q: What is the size of each VIP camping spot?
Tent Only Camping – 205sq ft
Car Camping – 450sq ft
RV Camping – 1000sq ft
Q: How will I be able to find all the amazing VIP & Super VIP amenities and services throughout the festival?
A: Check out the Lockn’ website for more festival information and details! Additionally, as it gets closer to the event, the original package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all important event details. This email will include exact times and locations for the VIP & Super VIP check-in and other important information about your package.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Payment plans are not offered for VIP or Super VIP tickets, but there are payment plans for the following on-site lodging options – RV Rental, and Tour Bus Rental. The payment plan requires 60% of the total to be paid at checkout with the remaining 40% due on 06/08/2016. The final payment will be automatically charged to the same card used for the deposit.
Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How would they get their wristbands?
A: The original purchaser will receive event tickets in the mail prior to the festival. The original purchaser will have to distribute to guests accordingly, or arrive together for each person to redeem their event wristband and package merchandise at check-in.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they redeem all the package elements on my behalf?
A: The original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or guestservices@cidentertainment.com to authorize an alternative pick-up person at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to redeem all package elements on the purchaser’s behalf. In addition, the original purchaser must provide the new guest with the tickets for them to redeem their wristband at check-in. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to the original purchaser to relay the information to the guests attending the event.
Q: What if I lose my wristband?!
A: Wristbands cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Q: Can I bring my own chair into the VIP and Super VIP viewing areas?
A: Guests are not permitted to bring chairs into the VIP or Super VIP viewing areas.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: Ticket packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.

VIP & Super VIP RV Parking Pass Information
Power
You must have a minimum of 50’ to 75’ electrical cord to run from each RV to the power source.
Power in VIP or Super VIP RV Parking will be connected to a 30 amp or 50 amp power supply. You must provide your own connector for the (30 or 50 amp supply) spot purchased. 30 amp to 50 amp and 50 amp to 30 amp power hookup changes cannot be accommodated on site. If you are unsure of your RV’s power needs, please cart a 50 amp RV Parking Pass.
No vehicles other than RVs with VIP or Super VIP RV hangtags, or vehicles with VIP or Super VIP RV hangtags towing RV trailers will be allowed in VIP or Super VIP RV Parking.
RV Spaces and Standards
- Each VIP or Super VIP RV Parking space is approximately 20’×50’ – a 1,000 square foot area
- If your RV is towing a vehicle, additional trailer, or non-motorized trailer that doesn’t fit in your assigned space, you must unhook and park the tow item in a designated VIP car parking area
- All RV spaces require an RV to be in the space
- NO TENTS FOR SLEEPING ALLOWED NEXT TO RV
- Pop up tents for shade are allowed if placed within your RV Parking spot
- Please note if you want to camp next to friends or relatives you need to travel together as we are unable to reserve spaces. No saving spaces. No exceptions. Arrive together to camp together, however please keep in mind that 50 amp and 30 amp spaces are set up in sections, not mixed together
- All RVs, trailers & other such vehicles must be classified as a “vehicle made for sleeping”

Hotel Travel Packages
Q: Do the Lockn’ Hotel Packages have a minimum age?
A: Lockn’ is open to people of all ages! However, all persons must be 21+ to reserve and check into the Wintergreen Resort. Persons under the age of 21 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification and a credit card for incidentals.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: CID Entertainment will host an event check-in at the Wintergreen Resort for your convenience. Event check-in is where you will pick up your tickets, shuttle passes, merchandise and other package information. There will be an email sent closer to the event with the exact location, days and hours of event check-in.
Q: What time is check-in at the Wintergreen Resort?
A: All guests can check-in for their lodging with the resort front desk beginning at 4pm each day. Please visit the front desk upon arrival if you would like to request early check-in. The resort will do their best to accommodate these requests; however, early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Yes. After you check-in, the front desk will direct you to the parking space for your unit.
Q: How far is the Wintergreen Resort from the festival?
A: The resort is about 28.5 miles from the festival and approximately 45 minutes drive away from the festival. Please note that travel time may vary depending on festival traffic.
Q: How often will the shuttles be running between Wintergreen and Lockn’?
A: The shuttles will run to and from the festival at a few convenient times each day. The exact shuttle schedule with times and pick-up locations will be provided in an informational email sent out about a week before the festival, and again at event check-in.
Q: Do I need to purchase a festival-parking pass?
A: If you plan to use the recommended complimentary shuttle service that comes with each Travel Package you will not need a festival-parking pass. If you plan to drive a personal vehicle to and from the festival site each day and park at the festival then you will need a festival-parking pass to do so.
Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser must pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise upon check-in, and they should plan to distribute to the group accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once. If you list your guest’s names on the reservation with the Wintergreen when checking in with the front desk, they will be permitted to access the room upon arrival, without the original purchaser being present.
