Q: Do the Lollapalooza travel packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend this festival. In fact, children ages 10 and younger are admitted FREE if accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. However, all persons must be 18+ to purchase and check into the Intercontinental Chicago, The James Chicago, and Hotel Palomar Chicago. All persons must be 21+ to purchase and check into the JW Marriott Chicago and the Peninsula Chicago. Persons under the age of 18 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be of the age required for hotel check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment Representative will be at a designated check-in area of your hotel to assist you. Here you will pick up your festival wristbands and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the package details, including the time and location for check-in.
Q: How can I register my wristband for the Lolla Cashless program?
A: Once you receive your festival wristbands at the designated hotel check-in, you will need to register them online. During this registration you will also have the option to link your credit card to your wristband and set a required PIN for security. Q: Can I select the type of sleeping arrangement in my room?
A: Yes. During the checkout process for your package purchase you will be able to select your preferred sleeping arrangement depending on what options are available.
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All travel packages available for this festival are for three nights only. If you would like to add an additional night to your stay, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930.
Q: Is hotel parking included?
A: Hotel parking is not included in these travel packages.
Q: How far are the hotels from the festival?
A: Each hotel is conveniently located less than 1.6 miles from the festival. This makes it easy to walk to the festival grounds but there are also plenty of options for those that would like alternative transportation. Please visit the festival website to view all transportation options.
Q: What is the parking situation like?
A: There is 24-hour parking based on availability directly beneath Grant Park in four underground garages as well as Soldier Field’s North Garage. It is also a good idea to reserve discounted parking in advance and locate other parking options by visiting SpotHero’s Lollapalooza Parking Page.
Q: The people attending the festival with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets and merchandise at check-in. They will be responsible for distributing these items to the other package guests. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pickup person at least two (2) weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pickup the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to the original package purchaser to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.

Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Payment plans are not available at this time.
