The Marvel Experience VIP Packages
Q: What time should I arrive to The Marvel Experience? My ticket doesn’t have a timeframe.
A: One of the perks of a VIP ticket is that you can arrive at any time during normal operating hours and we’ll make sure you’re admitted at the very next time slot! We do suggest that you arrive before 10pm.
Q: Does the Marvel Experience have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to participate in the Experience. Children 3 and under do NOT require a ticket to the Marvel Experience. They will not, however, receive any of the merchandise without a VIP ticket. Once children reach their 4th birthday, they will require a ticket – regular or VIP.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in at the event where you will pick up your tickets and VIP merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all of the event details including the times and locations for all VIP activities. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification for pick up.
Q: Is the light fare in the VIP lounge complimentary?
A: Yes! The light fare in the VIP lounge is complimentary but the cash bar is not.
Q: How long does The Marvel Experience last?
A: The Marvel Experience is a variable length experience that gives you the opportunity to explore certain areas of the experience as long as you’d like. Generally, you can expect to spend 2 – 2.5 hours living the adventure.
Q: I will not have the credit card that was used to purchase my ticket/package. What do I need to do to be able to pick up my tickets?
A: If the package was placed under your name at will call, we ask that you please bring your confirmation emails as well as your identification. If your order is under another will call name, we ask that the original purchaser contact CID Entertainment Guest Services for assistance, either at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 1-888-805-8930.
Q: Will there be Marvel characters to take photos with?
A: There will not be any costumed characters; this is a purely digital experience.
Q: When can I use my re-entry pass?
A: Re-entry passes are valid for any other date in the same city. Guests will gain entry at any time on whichever day they choose, but does not grant any VIP privileges (i.e. parking, merchandise, priority entrance).
Q: Is this event handicap accessible?
A: Yes, the event is ADA accessible and handicap parking is available. If you need any accommodations, please contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or email@example.com so we can make our on-site team aware.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
