Q: Do the Glamping Tent Rentals have a minimum age?
A: Nope! The Peach Music Festival is open to people of all ages, and we abide by their policy.
Q: How do I get to my assigned Glamping Tent Rental for the weekend?
A: Upon entry, we will have a designated check-in area where you will be directed to your assigned a Glamping Tent Rental. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: How close are the Glamping Tent Rentals to the Mushroom stage?
A: VERY! It’s just a short walk away.
Q: Is parking included in the Glamping Tent Rentals?
A: Yep! Each Glamping Tent Rental comes with one (1) parking pass that will be provided via mail. You’ll be able to park in a nearby campground parking lot that is designated for Glampers. We will then provide golf cart transportation to help bring your gear to your tent.
Q: Is there a payment plan for Glamping Tent Rentals?
Deposit – At the time of purchase, you will be paying 10% of the base price of your order along with 100% of the service charges. This deposit in nonrefundable.
1st Payment – Will occur on April 2nd for 30% of the remaining base price on your order.
2nd Payment – Will occur on May 1st for 30% of the remaining base price on your order.
Final Payment – Will occur on June 1st for 30% of the remaining base price on your order.

Q: Which nights are the Glamping Tent Rentals available?
A: All Glamping Tent Rentals are available for 4 nights. Glampers can check-in July 19th and check-out the morning of July 23rd.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our Purchase Policy for more detail.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
