Peach 2018 TRAVEL PACKAGE FAQs
Q: Do The Peach Music Festival travel packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend the festival. However, all persons must be 21+ to purchase and check into the hotel for the travel packages. Persons under the age of 21 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Can I acquire accessible accommodations as part of a travel package?
A: Yes, of course! There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons who may need to see above the crowd on a number of The Peach Music Festival’s stages. For entrance to the platforms please visit the Access Center to gain access to these areas. Please check out this website for further ADA information.

Q: Do these travel packages come with festival-access?
A: Yes! All travel packages come with either GA, VIP, or Super VIP festival passes. You will get the same perks as any other non-travel package guest with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Travel Packager!
Q: Is there a payment plan for travel packages?
A: Yes!
Deposit – At the time of purchase, you will be paying 10% of the base price of your order along with 100% of the service charges. This deposit in nonrefundable.
1st Payment – Will occur on April 2nd for 30% of the remaining base price on your order.
2nd Payment – Will occur on May 1st for 30% of the remaining base price on your order.
Final Payment – Will occur on June 1st for 30% of the remaining base price on your order.

Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: CID Entertainment representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check-in and pickup your festival passes. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package check-in.
Q: Where will I receive my package merchandise?
A: We will have a specific location for you to pickup merchandise either at the venue or hotel on the day of the festival. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email with all event details including the time and location for merchandise pickup. All merchandise must be redeemed on site as we are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. Valet and self-parking are available upon arrival for additional fees.
Q: Do I need to purchase a festival parking pass/is shuttle service included in the travel package?
A: It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in the package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All travel packages available for this event are for two or three nights only. If you would like to add additional nights to your stay, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930, and we’ll happily review the process for booking additional nights.
Q: How will I be able to find all the amazing VIP/Super VIP amenities and services throughout the festival?!
A: Check out the FESTIVAL WEBSITE for more information and details! Additionally, as it gets closer to the event, the purchaser will receive an email with all important event details. Don’t worry – we’ll make sure you have all the information you’ll need to have the weekend of your life.
Q: As a VIP/Super VIP, will I have access to all GA areas?
A: Yes! You will be able to access any area of the festival that General Admission guests are permitted to access.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our Purchase Policy for more detail.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or guestservices@cidentertainment.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
