TENT RENTAL FAQ
Q: Is there a minimum age to rent a tent?
A: You must be 18+ to purchase this package. The festival is all ages, however, all campers must be 18+ OR accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Q: How do I get to my assigned to my tent for the weekend?
A: Upon entry, we will have a designated check-in area where you will be directed to your tent. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in.
Q: Do I need to purchase a separate parking pass for my tent rental?
A: Nope, parking is included in this rental package!
Q: Is there a payment plan for this package?
A: Yes! An initial 60% deposit is needed to reserve your package followed by the remaining 40% payment due 6/19/15. The final payment will be automatically charged on the same card used for the deposit.
Q: If I have a Glen Close Weekend Pass, can my friends with GA wristbands hang out in my tent?
A: No, everyone in the Glen Close camping must have a Glen Close wristband.
Q: Can me and my friends camp in the same group next to one another?
A: Please contact our Guest Services team after purchasing and we will do our best to put you next to or as close as possible to your friends. In order to camp next to each other, you must have the same type of passes. All General Admission guests will be in separate campground from Glen Close guests. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you call or email. We recommend that everyone in your party arrive at once all together for your best chance of camping
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in and pick up the tent on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the festival.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms of Use for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
A: ABSOLUTELY!
RV RENTAL FAQ

Q: How do I get to my assigned to my RV for the weekend?
A: Upon entry, we will have a designated check-in area where you will be directed to your assigned RV. As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in.
Q: Can I park next to my RV?
A: Yes, there will be one companion vehicle allowed per RV. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked in day parking.
Q: Do I need to purchase a separate parking pass for the RV?
A: Nope, parking is included in this rental package!
Q: Can I drive the RV?
A: The RV will already be waiting for you in the pre-parked lot in the reserved area! Unfortunately guests are not permitted to drive the RV.
