Q: Does this package have a minimum age?
A: You must be at least 18 to purchase the package but this event is all ages to attend! As long as the 18+ guest is present, the accompanying guest can be any age.
Q: Can I choose to purchase either a GA or reserved ticket?
A: Yes! You will be able to choose which ticket-type you’d prefer during the purchase process. Once an option sells-out, you will be automatically assigned the closest available option.
Q: If I want to book reserved seats, will I know which specific seats I’ve been assigned before purchasing?
A: Yes, you will be automatically assigned the closest possible seats, and you will be told where those seats are located within the venue before entering your credit card information.
Q: Where and when will I receive my tickets?
A: You will receive all of your tickets and merchandise during check in on the first day of your experience.
Q: Is shuttle service included in this package?
A: Shuttle service is NOT included in this package.
Q: How far is my hotel from the American Airlines Arena?
A: The Hilton Downtown Miami is 0.6 miles away (13 minutes walking). The Epic Hotel is 0.8 miles away (16 minutes walking). The Marriott Stanton South Beach is 4.6 miles away (11 minutes driving).
Q: I am staying at the Marriott – do you have any suggestions regarding transportation to and from the venue each evening?
A: You have a number of different options to travel to and from the hotel each evening.
Q: Will I be hearing from you before the event?
A: Yes! We will be reaching out you with a survey for t-shirt sizes in the coming weeks. About a week before the event, we will be sending you an informational email regarding check-in.
Q: I would like to book additional nights to my package, and would prefer to not have to change rooms. Can you help me?
A: If you’re looking to book additional nights, please book them directly with the hotel. After doing so, please call us at 888-805-8930 or email us at email@example.com to provide us with your additional night confirmation number. Make sure to book the same room-type you have with us!
Q: I purchased packages for my friend/family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the original purchaser contact our Guest Services Team at 888-805-8930 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to issue a name change to the person attending the event at least one week prior to show date.
Q: Are travel packages refundable?
