Travel Package FAQs
Q: Do the Phish NYE Travel Packages have a minimum age?
A: Each hotel has its own check-in age restrictions. All persons must be at least 21+ to purchase and check into the Hotel Eventi and Westin Grand Central. All persons must be 18+ to purchase and check into the Ink48 and Manhattan NYC Affinia. People under those ages may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be of the age required for hotel check-in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Q: Do these travel packages come with concert tickets?
A: Yes – all travel packages include concert tickets for two people! The 2-Night Travel Packages at Ink48 and Hotel Eventi include concert tickets for December 30th and 31st for two people. The 4-Night Travel Packages at Westin Grand Central and Manhattan NYC Affinia include concert tickets for December 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st for two people.
Q: Is the price listed on the website the total package price, or is that pricing per person?
A: The pricing listed on our website here is the total package price for both guests.
Q: If I purchase a Reserved Travel Package, where will my seats be?
A: Seat locations vary with each package and your time of search, however, your seat location will be displayed during the purchase process.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: CID Entertainment representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in for your tickets and merchandise. Approximately one week prior to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package Check-in.
Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?
A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:
Ink48: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.
Hotel Eventi: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.
Westin Grand Central: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.
Manhattan NYC Affinia: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Travel Packages do not include parking. Each hotel offers valet parking for an additional fee. Please view the parking information and rates for each hotel on their respective websites:

Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes, there are payment plans for all travel packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and the final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on 11/16/16. If you purchase after 11/16/16, you will be charged for the package in full upon your purchase. Please note: This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you won’t need to choose to enter into it – you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase.”
Q: Will there be additional ticketing service fees on top of the package price?
A: Nope! The price you see is the price you pay.
Q: How can I book additional nights with my package?
A: If you would like to extend your stay beyond the travel package dates, you will need to book the additional night(s) through the hotel directly with the same room type as your package. Once you have booked the additional night(s), you may contact CID Guest Services at 888-805-8930 or at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reservation information and they can submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. Please note all requests are subject to hotel availability.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member redeem the package on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or email@example.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
