Q: Do the Phish Travel Packages have a minimum age?
A: The Phish concerts are open to people of all ages! However, there are minimum age requirements guests must meet to purchase and check into each hotel. With the exception of the Abbey Resort Travel Packages, all persons must be 18+ to purchase and check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 18 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 18 years of age to check in. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification.
Please note: For the Abbey Resort Travel Packages – all persons must be 21+ to purchase and check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 21 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in.
Q: Where will I be in the venue during the shows?
A: This answer is different for each location:
- Aaron’s Amphitheatre – All guests get reserved seating in the pavilion for each night.
- Alpine Valley Music Theatre –All guests get reserved seating in the pavilion for each night.
- Dick’s Sporting Goods Park – All guests have the option of choosing tickets for the GA Field or GA Stands. Both options will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment representative will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you will pick up your tickets and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details including times and locations for check-in and activities.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: The times are different for each hotel:
- Omni Atlanta – Check-in is 3PM and Check-out is 12PM
- The Abbey Resort – Check-in is 4PM and Check-out is 11AM
- Hotel Monaco – Check-in is 3PM and Check-out is 12PM
- The Curtis Hotel – Check-in is 3PM and Check-out is 12PM
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: Travel packages for Atlanta and Alpine Valley are for two nights, while the packages for Denver are three nights. There are no single-night packages. If you would like to add an additional night to your stay, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930.
Q: The people attending the concerts with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in at the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up all tickets and merchandise upon check-in. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to the concert weekend.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
