Q: Do the hotel travel packages have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend the event but all persons must be 18+ to book an Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport travel package and check into the hotel. All persons must be 21+ to book a Windsor Suites Center City travel package and check into the hotel. Persons under these required ages may still occupy a room; however the person who books the package must meet the age requirement and be present at check-in with valid photo identification.
Q: What amenities do the VIP tickets include?
A: Each VIP ticket includes the following-
- Access to a dedicated section of the Stadium floor
- Stadium seat
- Additional restrooms
- Food and beverage vendors
- Full cash bar
- Separate/dedicated VIP entrance
- Shaded areas, picnic tables
- Commemorative laminate that will be picked up at the VIP entrance day of show.

Q: What is the difference between a GA Stadium ticket and GA Floor ticket?
A: The entire event is general admission on a first come first serve basis. The GA Floor tickets will be ground level and standing room only. The GA Stadium tickets will provide an actual seat at first come first serve.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment representative will be at the hotel to assist you. Here you will check-in and pick up your tickets, merchandise and shuttle passes. As it gets closer to the event, the original purchaser will receive an informational e-mail with all of the package details. Please be sure to bring valid photo identification to check-in.
Q: What time is hotel check-in?
A: All guests staying at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport can check into their room at 4pm and must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am. All guests staying at the Windsor Suites Center City can check into their room at 3pm and must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am. As it gets closer to the event, the original purchaser will receive an informational e-mail with full check-in and package details.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: The Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport offers self parking for $7.00 per day. The Windsor Suites Center City offers valet parking for $33 per night.
Q: How far are the hotels from the venue?
A: The Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport is about 20 minutes from the venue. The Windsor Suites Center City is just about 30 minutes from the venue. All hotel packages offer shuttle transportation to and from the venue. More details will be included in the informational email so please keep an eye out for that as it gets closer to the event.
Q: How often will shuttles leave throughout the day?
A: Shuttles will be available to and from the hotel and venue each day. Specific shuttle times will be provided in the informational email that is sent out about a week before the event
Q: Is there a payment plan?
A: Yep! All packages are billed on a payment plan. The initial payment will be 60% of the package price plus all service fees. The remaining 40% will not include service fees and will be automatically charged on 9/11/2015. Any package purchased after this time will need to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Q: Can I purchase a travel package for just one night?
A: All travel packages available for this event are for two nights only. If you would like to add an additional nights to your stay, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930.
Q: The people attending the event with me may be arriving late. How can they check-in to the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
A: The original purchaser will pick up all tickets and merchandise upon check-in at the hotel. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone arrive at the hotel all at once.
Q: I purchased packages for my family but I will not be in attendance. Can they check-in at the hotel on my behalf?
A: The original purchaser should contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to request to transfer the package to a friend or family member at least one week prior to the event. Additionally name transfers can be requested online here- https://www.cidentertainment.com/contact/
