VIP Experience
Q: Does the Consciousness VIP Experience have a minimum age?
A: Nope, there is not a minimum age for this package! Of course, the cash bar is still for patrons that are 21 years or older.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: We will have a separate VIP check-in for you. This is where you will pick up your VIP credentials and any additional merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: When can I check in as a VIP?
A: Check-in typically opens about 2 hours before the band goes on stage.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the Pre-Show Party?
A: You will be allowed to bring a standard point-and-shoot camera. Camera Phones are acceptable. Cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?
A: The original purchaser will pick up everyone’s tickets, merchandise and VIP credentials. They will have to distribute accordingly. We advise everyone enter the concert all at once.
Q: Can I attend the Pre-Show Party if I do not have a VIP Package? If not, can I upgrade from a regular ticket to a VIP ticket on-site?
A: No, you must have already purchased a VIP package before the event date to gain admittance.
Q: If I want to purchase more than 1 package, how can I ensure that all of seats are next to one another?
A: You can ensure this by purchasing all of those packages in one order. All packages in the same order will include seats right next to one another.
Q: I purchased packages for my family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the purchaser contact Guest Services at 888-805-8930 to issue a name change to a person or family member attending at least one week prior to show date.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: Ticket packages are Non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms of Use for complete details.

Travel Packages
Q: Does the Shpongle Travel Package have a minimum age?
A: There is not a minimum age to attend the concerts but all persons must be at least 18 years of age to check into the hotel. Persons under the age of 18 years may still occupy a room; however the person whose name is booked for the reservation must be 18 years of age to check in and must present valid photo identification. Of course, any alcoholic beverages are for patrons that are 21 years or older.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: A CID Entertainment Representative will be in the main lobby of the hotel to assist you. Here you will pick up your tickets to the show, shuttle passes, and merchandise. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the check-in and VIP activities.
Q: What time can I check-in at the hotels?
A: Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package but valet parking upon arrival is available for an additional fee. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an e-mail with all of the event details, including exact times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: The people attending the concert with me may be arriving late. How would they check in to the hotel and get their tickets and merchandise?
