Q: Does this package have a minimum age?
A: This show is open to all ages, however, you must be at least 18 years of age with valid photo identification in order to purchase and check-in for a travel package.
Q: Can I purchase a package over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online. However, we’re happy to help walk you through the purchasing process if you’d like to give us a ring at 888-805-8930!
Q: Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of the Stoopidhead program?
A: Red Rocks offers Accessible Seating for guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on when you purchase. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of the Stoopidhead program, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888-805-8930 immediately after purchase. We will go over any available options.
Q: Do these travel packages come with event-access?
A: Yes! All travel packages come with either 2 Stoopidhead packages or 2 Stoopidhead & Backstage Tour packages. You will get the same perks as any other non-travel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Travel Packager!
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: We abide by the hotel’s standard check-in and check-out times, which are:

Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets as a travel package guest?
A: CID Entertainment representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in, and pick up your tickets, as well as any merchandise or additional items that come with your package. Basically, one-stop check-in for everything!
Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package check-in.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking isn’t included in the package. Valet and self-parking are available upon arrival for additional fees. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details, including the times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: Do I need to purchase a parking pass/is shuttle service included in my package?
A: It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
Q: Can I extend my stay beyond the travel package dates?
A: Yes, during the purchase process for your travel package, you will be able to purchase additional nights pending availability. If you would like to add additional nights beyond that, please book an independent reservation for those nights in the same type of room (same bed type) with the hotel directly. Please contact us with the new reservation number, date of your additional night, and your travel package order number. Our hotel team will work to combine your stay.
Q: How far is the hotel from the Red Rocks Amphitheatre?
A: The Grand Hyatt Denver Downtown is 15.6 miles from the event. About 23 minutes in our comfy shuttles.
Q: Where will I receive my Stoopidhead tickets?
A: CID Entertainment representatives will be at the Stoophead check-in next to the box office on the day of show to assist you. Here you can check in, and pick up your tickets, as well as any merchandise or additional items that come with your package. Basically, one-stop check-in for everything!
Q: If I’m unable to make it to Event Check-in during check-in hours, how can I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise must be redeemed on site at our Event Check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship out any merchandise post-event.
Q: Is parking included at Red Rocks?
A: Parking is not explicitly included with this package, but parking is complimentary at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the Backstage Tour/Red Rocks Tunnel?
A: You can bring your camera phone and/or a standard point-and-shoot, but any cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. We will have a professional photographer available for the photo inside the tunnel so all personal cameras must be put away. We promise – you’ll have access to the high-quality photos shortly after the event!
Q: Can I upgrade to a Stoopidhead package if I already purchased a regular ticket?
A: Our ability to upgrade depends on a few different factors – availability, and date of contact – but please reach out to our guest services team at 888-805-8930 to inquire about any upgrade availability, and we’d be happy to discuss your options with you!
Q: What is an on-site host?
A: The on-site host is basically an extension of our Guest Services team at the event itself. He/she will be available for any questions or concerns that may arise during the Stoopidhead
Q: Can I use my CID package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. CID Entertainment’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from CID and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: For tickets in rows after 4, you can do what is called an alternate pick-up! Simply provide the new guest with a photocopy of your photo ID, a photocopy of the credit card used during the purchase process, and a note authorizing the new guest to check in for your order. These items can be digital copies or photos on a cellphone. As long as the new guest has these items, he/she/they will be able to check-in for the order without you being present. Please note that the informational email regarding check-in (and any other emails correspondence from us) is sent to purchasers only, so you will need to forward any emails to the new guest.
Per Red Rocks’ new ticket policy, tickets purchased in Rows 1-4 are non-transferable, meaning they must be used by the original purchaser. All members of the original purchaser’s ticketed party must arrive together at the venue gates for entry into the venue, and again at the designated section with these tickets. We cannot authorize any alternate pickups for an tickets in these rows. We cannot make any exceptions. More info on Flash Seats is below.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
