String Cheese Incident At Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas
Q: Does this package have a minimum age?
A: Guests 18 years or older may participate in the travel package program, BUT the lead guest (i.e. the guest that books the package) must be 21 years or older.
Q: How far away is the LINQ from the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas?
A: It is right next door, less than a 5-minute walk away.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
A: All hotel rooms will be available for check-in beginning at 4pm and all guests must be checked out by 11am. If you would like to arrive earlier, please feel free to contact the hotel about their early check-in policy. The hotel front desk can also hold bags if you arrive early.
Q: Where and when will I receive my tickets?
A: You will receive all of your tickets and merchandise in the lobby of the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. About a week before the event, you will receive an informational email regarding check-in.
Q: Where will I receive my merchandise?
A: You will receive all package merchandise upon check-in at the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas.
Q: Will I be hearing from you before the event?
A: About a week before the event, we will be sending you an informational email regarding all the logistical details you will need to make your weekend as smooth as possible.
Q: As a VIP Travel Package Guest, do I have access to the GA floor?
A: Yes! As a VIP guest, you will have access to both the VIP balcony section and the GA floor.
Q: Is the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas Balcony reserved for VIPs-only?
A: The Balcony viewing area will be open to VIPs, as well as other guests outside of our program. However, there will be a private section on the balcony for our VIPs!
Q: Is the VIP group photo opportunity with the String Cheese Incident with a group of my choosing, or does it include everyone participating in the VIP program?
A: The photo opportunity includes everyone in the VIP program.
Q: Are the $20 VIP Food Vouchers for Brooklyn Bowl’s Blue Ribbon Restaurant per night or per the whole event?
A: The $20 VIP Food Vouchers are NOT per night, but can only be used once throughout the run.
Q: What type of hotel room is offered in these packages?
A: All travel packages offer a deluxe room with the option of either 1 king bed or 2 double beds. Once one bed type has sold out, the remaining option will be displayed.
Q: I would like to book additional nights to my package, and would prefer to not have to change rooms. Can you help me?
A: If you’re looking to book additional nights, please book them directly with the hotel. After doing so, please call us at 888-805-8930 or email us at guestservices@cidentertainment.com to provide us with your additional night confirmation number. Make sure to book the same room-type you have with us!
Q: I purchased packages for my friend/family, but I will not be in attendance. How can they pick up their tickets on my behalf?
A: Please have the original purchaser contact our Guest Services Team at 888-805-8930 or via email at guestservices@cidentertainment.com to issue a name change to the person attending the event at least one week prior to show date.
Q: Are travel packages refundable?
A: Travel packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms of Use for complete details.
